Had an issue with my car, Called the dealership for help spoke to a lady who helped me and made a booking the next day even offered a courtesy car whilst my was being repaired, Had a video the next day of what the fault was and a quote for the repair, couldn't ask for any more, Will be using again for sure

Don't buy a used car with the above warranty as it covers very little and total waste of money

Just had my service completed on my car no issues. I booked it in last week the guy on the phone Ian, I thought was a bit curt in his phone manner. Dropped off at reception yesterday I was in a rush got there at 7:50 was told by the young girl on service reception who was texting at the time. (You will have to wait we don’t open till 8:00). Down went her head back to texting. I left the key with her.

I rang for advice re: air conditioning problem ( car under warranty) but no reply at service department. I was informed that someone would ring me back, which of course they did not. The following day I visited T. Wall but despite the huge site I was unable to find a parking space. All in all a complete waste of time.

Dealers are stealers, Gave wrong advice on the most expensive part, not fixed ontop of that a whole day wasted waiting just for a diagnostic after a two week wait to get it only to be told what I expected from the cars display. Money not well spent and their adblue seems to be really expensive. Pump price adblue is £1.79 these stealers charge you £22.32 for a litre. Won't use again

So happy with my purchase of my car really good experience from looking to buying then collection car was spotless Craig was brilliant did tax and log book will definitely use this garage again and recommend to family and friends thank you so much

I have always brought my cars from Twall in kingswinford. Customer service is above and beyond any expectation. I wouldnt purchase a car from anywhere else. If you have any issues then they will get you booked in to resolve. Highly recommended company. Exceptional customer service.

After our vehicle being in at T Wall's for a minor fix I was sent a questionnaire by Ford UK, I filled this in with 100% honesty and gave a true recollection of our experience when visiting, which was shocking to say the least. Ford sales team were great, workshop team job done ... so OK, front of house / reception staff .... WOW !!!! manners non existent and no people skills what so ever and that is being polite !!! Couple of months later another issue arose with our vehicle so on trying to book it in I received an email from the so called 'Service Manager' Roy Hill with this message ...... .... 'I do not agree with the points you raised and with the limited resources we have due to the current lockdown measures I’m concerned we would not you’re your expectations again. For this reason I will not be accepting your vehicle into our workshop.' .... His words !!!, so rather than addressing an issue they clearly have he decides to bury his head in the sand and push the issue aside. This was not how the company was portrayed to us in our initial visit at all. We are now using Bristol Street Ford and have outstanding service from all departments there. My suggestion to Ford UK and Roy Hill was a mystery customer that would certainly shine a light on the situation.

I purchased my car from them and when I took it in for a warranty repair, they somehow poked a hole in the dash. The car also had filthy oily fingerprints over the bonnet. The staff were belligerent and dismissive when I suggested they had damaged the car and insisted it wasn't them and that it was their other dealer they had taken the car to for the work. Like I care. In short, they refused all responsibility and fobbed me off. I'll not be using them ever again for anything. The service manager was belligerent and unwilling to listen. He denied all responsibility even before I finished talking. Informed me it wasn't their fault and that they were doing me a favour?? Disgusting. Rude. Worthless. My car is now devalued. Thanks a lot TWall.
