I bought my car from T WALL late this summer. I had amazing service from the get go, really helpful staff. Asked for the car to have some part replaced before I took it away and T Wall fixed it all for me. They have been really helpful in checking in on how the car is doing and have been extremely helpful in answering any questions I have had since regarding car parts and warranty. I can't recommend this company enough, they are an amazing family run business who go to lengths for their customers that most larger companies would never go.

Took the car here for a service and M.O.T and got my car back damaged with a broken boot they are not willing to pay for it was broken at their garage why should I fork out to get it fixed disgusting can't even speak to a manager above the service manager I have tried emailing but no reply

I had a similar experience when the took my car in for a warranty repair and they somehow poked a hole in the dash. The car also had filthy oily fingerprints over the bonnet. The staff were belligerent and dismissive when I suggested they had damaged the car and insisted it wasn't them and that it was their other dealer they had taken the car to for the work. Like I care. In short, they refused all responsibility and fobbed me off.
T Wall Garages were okay... quite average. The car has had engine problems and it has taken them almost a month to fix it but now that its done the car has been okay up to now. The manager was really helpful and gave me extended warranty on the car so I would recommend them based on that.

Visited to this car dealer to purchase new car. On arrival I was told they did not usually have the model in stock. I was asked to wait, having sat around for 15 minutes in which no one had spoken to me.....l left. I do not recommend T Wall Garages.
It was a nice and relaxed atmosphere at T Wall Garages, they welcomed me on the forecourt and told me to give them a shout if I saw anything I liked, they didn't hound me like some dealerships I've dealt with in the past. They gave me the option to take a test drive, they offered me a hot drink whilst we sorted through the paperwork, it was an all round pleasant experience.

I would recommend T Wall Garages for their outstanding customer service. Any issues I had were resolved easily and quickly and I feel the car was good value for money.
