I am providing an update to my husbands review 2 months ago, Alan still has the van, which he has now had for 3 months with no updates. Today Alan has admitted it isn’t a wear and tear issue (after I emailed last night with a final attempt to resolve) and that the engine needs a full replacement. However still will not refund my money. His reasoning is ‘The aim is to have the vehicle back on the road this month IF POSSIBLE’ so I am expected to wait another month and ‘might’ get a repaired van. Please remember he has had the van in his possession for 3 months- his reasoning is that because I threatened legal action it has slowed the process down. To clarify I reported a fault within 4 days; returned the van after 6 weeks because he stalled me at any given opportunity- for example making me have a diagnosis done at my own expense, and paying for the van to be returned to him. Please read all reviews and ensure to check google reviews and take them very seriously.

I've had my van for a little while now and I'm happy to report everything is running as expected! I did get a slow puncture recently, but it can't be helped and the van came with a spare tyre, so the issue was quickly resolved. The younger gent looked after me on the day and he was spot on! It was a nice easy transaction from my end.

I hadn't heard of this company before hand but but after taking a look online I came across them on Autotrader. Everything went well on the day and I've got no complaints.

T2T Car Sales has been excellent, especially because I got a great Ford Transit customer. Alan initially handled my enquiries via text but when I visited the dealership, Jamie took care of me in person. Both were really great, and I can't fault them for their professionalism and helpfulness. I actually visited the dealership three times to double-check everything, and I'm glad I did. Initially, I came to look at a different van, but during my third visit, I spotted the Ford Transit, which turned out to be a better deal than the original van. Both times I appreciated Jamie handed the keys to both vans so I could inspect them at my own pace, without feeling rushed.

Since I went on holiday right after purchasing my Ford Transit Custom, I've only managed to get out in it properly this week and it's been grand. When I was at the dealership I can't remember having any issues with the sales process. If I was in the market for another van then I would happily look at T2T Car Sales site before anywhere else but for now my Ford Transit will do perfectly.

My recent van purchase was a Nissan Primstar, which has been superb! I have bought 3 x vans from T2T and the guys always provide me with a great service.

Well worth the trip up from Perth to visit this company. It has been the best buying experience I've had, honestly It was perfect. I can't recommend this company enough. Everything went without any issues on the day and even got a follow up call to see how I was getting on with the van, which was a nice touch 👍

Jamie and Alan really made me feel like a valued customer. They were very helpful when answering any and all my questions I threw at them. Everything has been fine with my Peugeot 2008. I took the car on a big drive over the weekend and it performed great.

I've driven my Ford Transit Custom for a little while now since buying it, so I thought I'd given it enough time to write a review. On the day of viewing the Ford Transit it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere because not once did I feel any sort of pressure from any member of the team but they were always on hand to offer any assistance. I took it on a short test drive and that's when I was happy to go ahead with it. I'd recommend people come here.

1 month on and I've had no issues with my van so far, so I can't complain. Thank you to the team at T2T for explaining all of the paperwork and pushing everything through quickly.
