Only down side, they left out the fact that the van had a limiter on it set at 62mph, they didn’t really seem concerned when I rang them up about it.

Hi Josh, I am glad your happy overall although disappointed that we have perhaps not communicated properly with you that has left you a little disappointed. It was me that spoke with you and I indicated to you that the garage we use in the past have been unwilling to remove the speed limiter but that I believe this is an easy fix. I did offer to approach them again but this was unsuitable for you due to the distance you live away. However as mentioned it should be a case of finding a garage willing to do it and it takes 15 minutes. If I have come across as not being bothered I apologise. Alan
