Hi We apologise if you haven't received confirmation from DVLA the your old car has been sold to us but DVLA do take a few weeks to process the documents and once we send the paperwork off it's out of our control. Car was on the face of it good value and was delivered on time as promised but was surprised to see a car with a fresh MOT needed 3 tyres on delivery and required some paintwork. Not the most expensive car on the lot but neverless a fairly expensive vehicle.

Checked a car out late November 2016 and asked if they would hold on to it until early January 2017, some 6 weeks later. They were happy to provided I paid a deposit, so deal done. They also offered to help with transferring a private plate onto the car before I picked it up, although that didn't work out in the end. When I picked it up there was only one key, so Tanyard offered to go halves on a n additional key - not cheap for an Audi! After sending a copy of the receipt from an Audi dealer for the new key, they paid me the following day - great customer service guys. Phil H.

Hi after reading about Tanyard. I went over to Walkden and looked at the car I was interested in. The car was immaculate and had a lot of detailing. Bought the car it was lovely well looked after. Even main dealer did 130 point check for and said the car was lovely in good condition from body and underneath. Thanks Again
