I admit I was nervous buying online through a very well known motor trading website. I researched the company online and wondered if it was too good to be true? I bought a low mileage Maserati Quattroporte and William Tom and colleagues could not have been more helpful. They offered a very fair part exchange for my car and arranged delivery and collection at a convenient time. The car is lovely, everything I had hoped for. During the purchase I had all the worries about transferring large sums of money by internet but they were very security aware and were very helpful with my double checking. There was a very minor glitch with the V5C document but Tom handled it in person waiting patiently on the phone whilst I logged in to DVLA to get the car taxed.

I'd been put off getting a new car by my previous experience with a dealer, so it was a breath of fresh air at Targa Florio, The customer service was exceptional from Tom, he made the whole experience very positive.
