Took a leap into the 21st century and purchased my first vehicle without seeing it in person—a big step for me! The entire process of selling my Jaguar XJ was handled remotely and built entirely on trust. Targa Florio was absolutely outstanding, and I can't say that about many dealerships. Will and Tom went above and beyond and even coordinated the collection of the car with a pre-planned trip to Heathrow to pick up my parents. They also arranged a ceramic coating which was done to perfection. I was a bit apprehensive about making my first "remote" purchase, but Targa Florio kept every promise they made and definitely over-delivered Huge thanks for the incredible experience. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and seamless buying process.

I finally convinced my partner to go halves on a Mercedes A45 with me, and I couldn’t be happier! The car's performance is absolutely fantastic, though I think my partner's favorite feature has to be the heated seats 😂. I have to give credit to the staff as well—they were just as impressive as the car. Super helpful and refreshingly straightforward, which I really appreciated. The whole process was so efficient that we were in and out in just 45 minutes. Truly impressive!

I can't not give 5 stars. The car runs, it arrived in great condition and as described. The car has been used daily and it's not been a bad car.

Everything has been absolutely fine on my end. I use my Ford Focus daily and it's been great. As for the service, I felt the team had a no pressure approach and everything went well.

The only thing wrong with my car right now is how dirty it is – haha! Jokes aside, it’s absolutely smashing and I couldn’t be happier with it. Tom at Targa Florio Cars was beyond excellent throughout the whole process. I’m so impressed with this dealership that I’ve already recommended them to tons of people. Good guys are hard to come by these days and Targa Florio are definitely one of the best.

After our son wrote off his first car, as you can imagine he wanted a replacement ASAP. He had his heart set on another VW Polo, so we enquired about three online. Targa Florio were the only dealership to respond to our questions, and after doing some due diligence, I decided there was no need to shop anywhere else. The car is a top-notch bit of kit, and our son thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread. The transaction was smooth with no hidden surprises. Since then, we’ve been back a few times for minor bits and pieces but Tom and the team have handled everything superbly, always making it hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We’re now grandparents (still feels strange to say that!), and with the family growing my wife decided to upsize her 3-door Mini Cooper S. She found a beautiful Mini Countryman at Targa Florio Cars and it’s been the perfect choice. It’s much bigger and the extra space and doors make getting the kids in and out so much easier. Our Targa Florio experience was excellent from start to finish. If we could, we’d return every time in future.

I honestly can’t fault the team at Targa Florio. I recently bought a BMW 5 Series, and since it was a big purchase, I asked if I could bring a mechanic along for an independent inspection. They had no issues with this whatsoever, which in my opinion, shows they’ve got nothing to hide. The car is fantastic and I’m glad I’ve finally found a dealership I can actually trust.
