William and the team at Targa Florio provide an A1 service which is second to none. The knowledge of the cars they are selling, welcoming and friendly approach all comes together for a really good experience. I took the I8 in the end, I love the beautiful, elegant design and the performance on offer is like no other car in it's class. Big thank you to William and the rest of the team at Targa Florio Cars. We turned up unannounced to view a car last weekend and were made tea and coffee striaght away while we waited a brief while for someone to show us the car we were interested in. William took us to see it, sent us off for a test drive and patiently waited as we got lost nearby! Phoned after the weekend to purchase the Car a lovely older Jaguar XJ8 and was greeted in a friendly helpful manner and dealt with promptly and efficiently by Tom and William. Collected the car today, once again a very warm welcome and invited to look round their amazing selection of beautifully presented cars while drinks were made. Having had a good chat William completed the paperwork for us and assisted in taxing our new purchase. The car was presented immaculately and the handover was friendly efficient and enjoyable. Overall 10/10 for customer service, clarity, presentation and stock choice. Easy simple and just how you want to to be! The M4 is such a nice car and its even nicer that it drives like it is fresh out of the factory.

These guys have been really good and I have had no issues. I got on with Tom from the very first time I spoke to him! I had to bring the new car back for something to be done on it ( a different garage), when I messaged William there was no issues or arguments he just got me in straight away, I dropped it off at the garage, it was all paid for and it was done. My favourite thing about the Audi Q7 is is the space, I have 4 kids and its much more peaceful now there is more space and no arguments about where they sit. Truly and honestly my experience has been so good. I couldn't of asked for much more!

I was slightly anxious to buy a new car but I had no reason to be with these excellent guys! I looked at a few different cars and I am feeling so good about the experience now, I should of never doubted this dealership! Both Tom and William did their upmost to please me and did make me feel very well looked after from the moment I got there.

I love the Infinity QX70, I am literally in love with it. I love the quality of it and it seems extremely robust. The car on my arrival was presented to a top tier standard AND the service that I received was just fantastic, second to non infact! We asked if we could get the car sorted a little earlier and Tom ensured that that happened, he was golden to deal with. Such a pleasure! Thank you ever so much :)

I am so surprised that a dealership could be his good.. They are amazing, I needed my car looked after for 1 week as I had to go to London for work and I was running out of time. They looked after my car for me so well. They called me 2/3 times to reassure me that the car was fine and all was okay. These guys also swapped the reg plate for me and made everything very easy. Tom is so good. This is a 10/10 dealership and I love my BMW 7 Series..

I was searching high and low for a Land Rover Discovery as that is what I had previously. I finally found the one I wanted and I couldn't miss the chance, it fit in to the low emissions zone and I can toe my horse trainer! :) It is a brilliant car and I love it so much, its great when I drive to Bristol in the morning for work, very comfy ride! Tom was really quick off the mark with me, he was so quick to get everything sorted without being pushy, I guess you don't have to be pushy when you are selling cars that everyone wants to buy.
