After searching for the right vehicle for about 4 months, I found a few options across the country. It amazes me how some dealers are still surviving with the lack of communication and professionalism that some of them portray. From not returning calls to not following up on enquiries.... I just don't get it and it's not the first time I experienced this. As part of my search, I found Targa Florio Cars and new from the listing and photos that this dealership took selling cars seriously. I called up on a Wednesday afternoon and spoke to Tom who dealt with my enquiry enthusiastically and professionally. I informed him that I was interested in a particular vehicle to which he was able to answer my questions and more. We arranged a viewing for the Saturday to which he informed me that he would not be at the location but Suzanne would be able to help. On the Friday, Tom called me to confirm my visit and if I needed anything whilst I was visiting (nice touch) - on visiting Suzanne, she was equally as lovely and helpful. End result? I drove away in my new vehicle and a big smile on the way home. The ironic thing is, this vehicle was actually dearer than a previous vehicle I was looking at - but I was happy to pay the little extra because of the service and professionalism showed by both Tom and Suzanne.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the BMW 635 whilst I can however I seem to have purchased the car at the wrong end of the year as she is now all tucked up away for winter. One thing I must comment on however is the customer service at Targa Florio...impeccable from start to finish! They made my purchase incredibly easy. I am having great fun in my new car! I am very pleased with it and with the service provided by the dealership. I dealt with various members of staff who were all great. I felt very welcomed and well looked after during my time at the dealership. Initially, I purchased the car blind. This was a little nerve wracking for myself however the dealership's fantastic communication really put me at ease. I was looking for a reputable dealership where I could treat myself to a lovely new sportscar. After browsing online, I saw that Targa Florio cars had great reviews so chose to purchase via that dealership. I have to say, I have been very impressed. I have had various negative experiences when purchasing cars previously so am definitely very wary, however Targa Florio Cars have made me realise that some dealerships are actually genuinely fantastic - this being one of them! I did buy the BMW online and then went down to collect it a few days later. I was picked up from the train station and taken to the dealership by a lovely gentleman. Once arrived, I saw the car for the first time. and WOW! It was perfect, as described, immaculate, fantastic condition. I was overjoyed! It was maybe 15 minutes that I was at the dealership for until I was the proud new owner of my BMW 2 Series. I was offered a cup of tea and a seat whilst the gents handled everything for me. Impeccable service throughout and I am delighted to have found a reputable dealership to buy all my future cars from.
