Sold a 3 year old car with numerous faults discovered since I've been using it. Two faults were fixed under KIAs warranty, the third was due to dodgy wiring from the previous owner, so I was greeted with a bill for just under £400 to fix. Their communication is poor too. I won't be buying from this dealer again.

Car developed a fault only minutes after leaving the garage. Tates refused to take responsibility or fix the issue leaving me out of pocket. Terrible customer service, AVOID at all costs.

visited Tates at Portslade to find out what cars they did on the motability scheme .a man sitting at a table replied all of them except the biggest 4x4 , we replied ok and he then turned back to what he was doing at his table without even asking what we were interested in , it was as if you wanted the car on motability he could not be bothered , perhaps he does not get his commission on motability cars found him to be very rude will not be going there again.

I have a problem with my new Santa Fe. But I cannot book it in. Tates Hyundai in Portslade do not answer the phone or respond to messages. Have tried phoning numerous times over 2 days to contact them! Do they close down for a summer holiday?

I waned a new Santa Fe notability Ian said he would go through the system on Monday not hear a word...so went to richmonds in Portsmouth and a man called Doug sorted me out collection in 6 days. What a difference.. Tates could not be bother to call me in 2 weeks they do not deserve customer.
