It wasn't the first time buying from Taylor Motor Group and it certainly wont be the last! The first experience was just as good as the second. What I really like is that its so relaxed, the guys are always up for a chin wag too. I could see myself nipping down for a quick catch up here and there the lads are they easy to get along with! I would certainly use again in the future and I definitely recommend!

I bought a Fiat Doblo from Taylor Motor Group for work purposes and its a great little van, doing the job well! It did take a little longer than anticipated to arrive but it was worth the wait. I could tell that they had taken some time with it to getting it looking as it should before it arrived with me, so I cant complain really.

My L200 is absolutely B-R-I-L-L-I-A-N-T!! It is suiting me perfectly! There is nothing I can think that I would have wanted Taylor Motor Group to improve upon for me, the team were courteous and polite throughout the process. There was no pushy sales either which is another thing I really like about this dealership. I would return in a heartbeat when I am ready for my next vehicle.

I have had quite a few cars from Taylor Motor Group over the years and I have gotten to know the team well so I would say I am very lucky to get such personalised service from them. During my most recent experience they matched me up in a car that was perfect for me. Ticked all the boxes - good size, good age etc. If I ever I need anything I feel confident approaching them. The purchase went smoothly and all in all they did what needed to be done.

TMG have been incredibly good to us, even when our needs changed after the purchase they went above and beyond for us to get us sorted in a car that suited us better. I wish I had looked them up before. Part exchanged a car in May and the finance is still not settled (yet they sold the car on) after numerous phone calls and emails I'm having to take further action. Don't make the same mistake.

The damage you speak of, Danny, was a grazed wheel, brought to our attention 2 days after collection. Despite that, we offered to repair it but you were going away and decided January would be better but never booked it in. When asking 4 months later how much we would give you to buy the vehicle back, after sending other options of similar vehicles at retail money to a motor trader, unhappy with the valuation, you take to leaving false and defamatory reviews on various platforms. Tell the truth or don’t leave reviews at all.
