There is nothing I could have wanted Taylor Motor Group to improve upon! I hadn't used them before but they had a Fiesta available that ticked the boxes for me. It was the right price etc. When I visited Taylor Motor Group in person I felt really comfortable and at ease, there wasn't any hard selling. I think the name of the salesman I dealt with was Elliot who was very polite and helpful.

To be honest with you I found Jordan at Taylor Motor Group to be extremely helpful. He was really clued up on the Mazda and answered all my questions knowledgeably. I am really enjoying the Mazda it is a very comfortable drive and is seeming to be just as described.

I tell you what they are a real friendly group of fellas down at Taylor Motor Group and they make a good cup of tea too! ☕I purchased a car with them a couple of weeks ago and everything is good with the car! Its just got a few more buttons on it that I need to get my head round.

Have had such a great experience from Elliott and his team. Had slight issue but dealt with in such wonderful friendly manner. I can not express how this company completely removed stigma associated with car sales people it was more than just sell a car . The outcome is I have a team that I know I can trust to their word. Elliot is fantastic, the whole team at Taylor Motor group are brilliant too. My Peugeot is ace, I really enjoy driving it.

I found Elliot to be very accommodating and made the process easy. The fact I knew what car I wanted helped with how smooth it went. I loved his approach, really friendly, calm and not pushy in the slightest. The process ran like clockwork and I would love to rate a 5! The Citroen is driving lovely, its a nice car! I had a slight issue with my Range Rover Sport but when I made Elliot aware of this it was put right for me straight away. I have bought about six cars from Taylor Motor Group through Elliot, he is excellent at his job. The reason this is a great dealer is because they always bend over backwards to put any issues that you have right and take ownership of things. I will continue to use them in the future and they will always be my number one dealer.

I had been looking for a Honda HRV for a while now and it was my son that came across one for sale through Auto Trader with Taylor Motor Group. We got in touch with them and arranged an appointment to visit them to take the car for a test drive. On arrival at Taylor Motor Group I was greeted with a warm welcome from a really nice lad called Elliot, he let me and my son take our time looking around the car and we took it for a lovely test drive and I fell in love with it. That was everything boxed off for me and I had to buy it, I am over the moon that I did so and things have worked out perfect for me.

I am really pleased with my Mazda, it is a good nippy car, it has taken me a while to get used to driving it but now I am getting to grips with this I am really happy. Elliot was lovely, he was so helpful, gave me the time I needed to decide which car to go for. The lady in the office I cannot remember her name now, she was extremally helpful also in putting all of the paperwork together. Highly impressed with everything from start to finish, advise you to give these a try if your looking for a dealer to get a car from.
