This is not my first time using Taylor Motor's and it won't be my last, the service from Elliot was brilliant, very quick, efficient and he certainly knew what he was talking about whilst I was throwing any questions I had at him. Everything is going great with my Jaguar, it is terrific. I will return to them when I am looking to swap my car again.

Elliot at Taylor Motor Group was excellent, he always got back to me when he said he would and answered any questions along the way. I'm delighted with my Corsa, it is beautiful to drive.

The Mercedes is fantastic, I am still getting use to driving it though 🤣. Every car I have bought I have bought from Taylor Motor Group and I have always dealt with Elliot because he is extremally helpful. I only came across them by coincidence as we were looking for a car for my daughter, I had no intention at first of getting rid of my Fiat 500, we paid a visit to Taylor Motors to have a look at the range of stock that they had for my daughter when I came across the Fiat 500 it had more facilities then my old Fiat 500. I dealt with a guy called Elliot and he was fab, went out of his way to answer any questions which I had about the car and let me take it for a test drive. It was lovely to drive so I went back and we arrange to do a swap, I am over the moon with my new car and would certainly recommend these to anyone that is looking to change their car.

This is the third time I have used Taylor Motor group, I went to see them as I wanted to do a part exchange for my Ford Mondeo, They had a wide selection of cars to choose from, I came across an Audi A4 and thought it was stunning, Overall it was a great service from Elliot, he was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. When I decide to exchange my Audi I will defiantly be back to you to see what you have in stock.

I traded in my Volkswagen beetle for a Mercedes from Taylor motors. I am really chuffed with my new car. It is really comfortable and it has so much more leg room and space in the boot. Elliot that I dealt with was excellent and the car was delivered on time. I cannot fault Taylor Motor Group, I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

I loved the way these guys approached me and the sale- Harvey really took his time to explain everything to me and listened when I was telling him my needs. I was able to text drive the X Trail I purchased not only once, but twice which most dealerships would not let you do.. Harvey is a people person and a people pleaser, very personable chap and very easy to talk to. As you can imagine I had a lot of questions and queries and he was more than happy to sit and answer each and every one of them. Its not very often you can go and purchase a vehicle and have great faith and trust in the car and the seller... but here, I really felt like I could do so. Just a quick one for Elliot- He has been BRILLIANT all the way! I am over the moon with how brilliant he was. I had read the reviews and everyone seemed to be talking about how good Elliot was, I decided to come down to Taylor Motor Group to see for myself and there is no other way to describe it other than I felt lucky to be able to be dealing with Elliot. The Citroen Picasso is running really well and smoothly. There was not much petrol in the car but enough to get me to the petrol station- Elliot really surprised me by giving me some money for petrol. Like I said I felt very lucky to be dealing with the brilliant Elliot.

I came to the Newark dealership ( Taylor Motor Croup) and they were great. I purchase a brill BMW 3 Series which I don't get to drive as much as I would like but my partner drives it a lot more than me and they are loving it. So far so good, I can not complain in the slightest. I found Paul very helpful and very easy to deal with.

I am overall very happy with the customer service that was provided for me down at Taylor Motor group- Andy and Elliot are truly brilliant and great at their job. They sell nothing but reliable vehicles and have a great variety of good as new cars. These guys have always been great to me, I can't thank Andy and the team enough.
