Only had car for 9 days and the exhaust pipe falls off just after leaving the A19. It could've been a very serious situation, which is why I'll be suing. Warranty won't pay and no way of returning it to the garage as it seems to have closed. Furious. I wish I'd heeded all of Taylor North Shields bad reviews before buying. How they sleep at night, I really do not know.

Having bought BMW from Taylor cars in north shields, car was in repair garage for 4 weeks on return problem with car again. Not interested in resolving the problem. Having to take the garage to small claims court to get back money I paid for it. The car was sold not fit for purpose... worse garage I have dealt with, unprofessional and awful customer service....

Got my car October last year got the 2 year warranty. That cost £300 because I got told off the salesman that everything was covered. Was having problems with my car so took it to a garage. Told them I had a warranty for it. Phoned the warranty company seems that not everything was covered. I got this warranty because i was told everything was covered and it would save me big bills. The salesman MIS SOLD ME A 2 YEAR CAR WARRANTY!!!!!

I am very happy with my Citroen C1 from this dealership, it was really nice and clean and in good condition and I have only had minor issues which the dealership have got resolved really quickly and easily. I would fully recommend this dealership to anyone.

Taylor north shields sold me a car two months ago today the front breaks fell off I also found out the exhaust they said they'd fixed was patched up with a bandage the rear bearings are also shot and the clutch is worn I've had it to two garages who have been left shocked and cannot believe this passed it's MOT in January the garage want my car for a 'few days' to sort the damage there is no way I'm taking it back they should be shut down the car was unsafe and they don't care they are not to be trusted bad work from a bad garage and to top it all they knew I hadn't passed my test and that I would be driving this as a newly passed driver I personally don't care about the cost I just cannot believe a garage would think this is acceptable

Having purchased a stunning s type from them I can only say that the experience has been seamless and uplifting. When the car develped a problem it took one call to them and they arranged a repair immediately. There was no pressure selling and they made the process simple by arranging everything. I will definitely be a return customer.

I have purchased a few cars from Taylor North Shields now. My most recent purchase was perfect condition, the staff sort everything out for you, i just had to turn up and sign paperwork, everything that needs sorting is done by them, so its a real quick and easy process. I already recommend this dealership to others and will carry on doing so.

Taylor North Shields don't only provided great customer service and an enjoyable experience when buying a car but they ensure customers are looked after on the after sales side of things. I have had a small problem in which the dealership are sorting for me, I have no doubts that this wont be done to a satisfactory standard. The car was fairly priced, it was over priced but it also was not under priced, which I was impressed with. I recommend Taylor North Shields as they looked after me and the experience was great from start to finish.

Unfortunately there was something wrong with the car after I took it away I sent it back to the dealership after finding out from another garage there was a problem with it, they did not fix it and said there was nothing wrong with it, we have now paid to get it fixed elsewhere so that we can drive it

I wouldn't recommend the dealer ship i had/still having some issues with the car. I feel Taylor North Shields could do more in their power to help, they seem as though they want to be helpful but it doesn't get carried through.
