I thought it was time to write a review having purchased five cars off of T.D.I Autos in the last ten years. What firstly attracted me to this family run company was the fact that they have been trading for so many years. The staff are most helpful and friendly and there aftercare is always available. I have enjoyed all my cars from here and each car has always been immaculately clean and well presented. I would highly recommend them. Thank you T.D.I Autos.

I brought a Nissan Juke from TDI Autos in 2017. Following my purchase, the car had been in and out of various garages with fault after fault: * Engine management light, that would not stay off even after being diagnosed with a faulty Exhaust Sensor. * Engine Management fault had to be taken to Nissan to have a software update installed. * Air conditioning unit has to be re-charged a couple of months after purchase as was not re-charged prior to the sale. * Car's first MOT due just shy of having the car year, required new rear brake disks and pads as were seriously worn. * Having spent £9,500 on the vehicle should not have incurred in excess of £600 within a year of purchase. I would recommend TDI Autos if you want a trouble free motor vehicle.

We regret to hear of the problems you have experienced with your vehicle, To our knowledge we have never been informed of these issues and would have happily given advice or assistance. It is not unusual for vehicles to require manufacturer software updates, which are beyond our control You have not supplied your name or vehicle details, but it would appear that the vehicle was in your possession for nearly a year before the brakes were replaced.

further to our earlier response we have now traced details of your purchase, The vehicle mileage was 22500 miles at the time of purchase, it had one main agent service (price was £9050 and not £9500 as stated), the vehicle was supplied by us with a full 12 month independent MOT inspection and certificate. The vehicle was also serviced by us prior to collection. The brakes were deemed to be serviceable by both the MOT Inspector and ourselves at the time of purchase, it would appear that you have to replace the brakes some twelve months after purchase, but we have no knowledge of the mileage you have covered in that time. The vehicle has never been returned to us and we have never been informed by you about any issues. we cannot be expected to re gas air conditioning on all cars prior to purchase, but we would have happily have rectified any fault if returned during your warranty period. Likewise we would have rectified any engine management fault if returned to us within your warranty period. We feel that your comments both with regard to our company and the vehicle are unfair and unwarranted
TDI Auto team are tremendously marvellous. They treat you like a prince and will not sell any rubbish vehicle to you. Their financial support is great as hey shop for you to suite your pocket. i just like them. Well done.
Recently bought a second car from TDI Autos and received great service, and was treated with patience and a non-pushy sales approach from start to finish. The quality of the cars is just fantastic and Terry and his team are always so helpful with a can do approach which makes a big decision much easier to make. I would defiantly return again. Thanks to everyone at TDI Autos.
I bought a Nissan Juke Tekna in August 2017 from TDI Autos and the battery needed replacing in September. I phoned and spoke to Dan who said it wasn't a problem and the battery was replaced the same day. They also helped with a couple of other small things. I was really impressed with the service and recommend this company.
The car from TDI Autos was ok at first. After a while, the engine made strange noises and there was no oil and no warning light!!! The brakes needed replacing but because the warning lights wiring had been tampered with again no warning!!! I was told by TDI I should've had a mechanic look at it before I bought it. There have been other issues and I'm currently trying to part ex it. I wouldn't recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We regret to here of the issues in your review, Whilst we have sold many Fiat 500s, (most are low mileage with service history) We are not aware of any complaints with regards to " electrics being tampered with " or "engine running out of oil", we would not have suggested that an independent engineer look at the vehicle unless it was mutually agreed to minimise inconvenience to the customer or the vehicle was outside of our agreed warranty.
Overall, I am happy with my Toyota Yaris from TDI Autos. It had a few marks on it that I wasn't aware of but it was clean and otherwise in good condition. The dealers were happy to help and answer any questions and the car was a very good price.

i bought a Vauxhall Zafira from TDI Autos last year, its about half an hour away from where i work which was good. The car was spotless when I came to collect it and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were very helpful and the car is worth every penny. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

Very good experience, can't fault it at all. The dealers were really helpful and the car was immaculate and matched its description perfectly. The car was a brilliant price and I have had no issues with it. All of their cars are very nice and fairly priced. I would recommend.

In may I purchased a Fiat 500 from TDI Autos. The car is making a slight funny noise and the tyres keep going down a lot so i'm gonna get them to have a look at it but i'm confident that they will resolve it no problem. The car was really good value for money and I would recommend this dealership.
