Such a straight forward friendly service. Part exchanged my car and everybody I dealt with was so helpful. So easy to get in touch with Team Auto, whole process was very quick. Honestly wouldn’t bother with any others. Can’t wait for my next car!
Where do I start had 2 faults with the car first one Team Auto did sort but the second one less than a month of having the car the clutch broke and the weren't interested costing me £700 to replace . Then the car I traded in they never sent the paper work off so I was getting letters saying that I had not insured the car then a letter to say it had been left in a car park for weeks.

Hi there. You bought the car with no warranty with it being a part exchange to clear, we told you it wasn’t being sold with a warranty which you agreed and signed. Out of a gesture of good will we fixed your first problem at no cost to yourself, then we offered to get your vehicle picked up to be taken to our garage which you never got back in touch with us about. Also we did send the paper work off, we can not control the postal service. These reviews you keep posting are slander. Please contact our aftersales department.
I've waited a year to write this. My teenage son was sold a dangerous heap of utter rubbish by Team Auto in Gateshead. Avoid buying from here at all costs. Car completely fell to bits and they did not want to know.

I have "owned" my car from Team Auto for 1 full month now. In that time, I have actually only had it available to drive for 12 days as the other 18 it has been broken down firstly at the roadside causing a 4 day stay in a garage and then ten days later it has had a 13 day stay in their garage for a further fault.. Shocking that they are prepared to sell a vehicle as unreliable as that to someone who is a lone woman driver, travelling country lanes with very little passing traffic, late at night and early mornings. They have refused to take it back, and so I am stuck with it. NEVER, EVER, BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE.!.

Hi there, The first time were heard you had a problem with the car, you were instructed by ourselves to take the vehicle to either our garage or a VAT registered garage, and to contact the warranty company about the problem as we put a Auto protect warranty on the vehicle at no extra charge to you. After us telling you what to do, you decided to get the vehicle fixed without telling the warranty company.... this is not the right way to do warrant claims as instructed by us. As a good will gesture we paid you, the money for bill which we did not have to do. The second time, the vehicle had a problem was when you text us saying you had mistaken the 4X4 button in the dark pressing it when entering the vehicle, this is hard to do when the 4X4 drive button is no where near the ignition. However, yes there was a fault. We got a recovery truck to pick up your vehicle, at no cost to yourself, the vehicle was then fixed by us again, and delivered back to you, all of this at no extra cost to you. You gave Team Auto permission to go ahead and fix your car, we did this at no cost to yourself. The car is 13 years old, we do not make the vehicles, only sell them, they are machines at the end of the day and they can go wrong. But we went above and beyond to help you, which we did. So this review if anything shows the good service and customer care we try and give to our customers. However, certain people can be ungrateful as shown. Regards, Team Auto
Recently bought a car from Team Auto, worst service ever experienced. Abusive salesmen called Lee, No customer service skills, disorganised. Lied too, mislead and sold faulty products! Never again!

Buying the car was rather easy and we were able to negotiate the price. Although I was disappointed to find that even after being told it would come with an MOT and service it wasn't arranged and the car was sold without it. After ringing countless times trying to get an answer to whether or not they were going to do it, I was told that they weren't because of the new price. If that was the case I wasn't told AT ALL! I would have liked them to keep their end of the bargain but this was obviously not important to them. If the deal changes in ANYWAY you should always let the customer know before buying. I would recommend that Team-Auto work on their communications between each other and the customer.
I have recently part exchanged my car for another and found the staff so helpful including the change over of a private plate.From entering the office I was greeted like a friend and treated as such.My new car was exactly as described and clean as a new pin
I am delighted with my new car from Team Auto, they were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. From reading the past reviews it has been under different management from February 2016. So I can not comment on the way it was ran in the past. But I would highly recommended anyone going there in the future. Cannot fault them, would come back next year for a new car for my wife.

Sounds like Colin works for Team Auto. I suspect this review isn't genuine.
We bought a car for our daughter from Team Auto a couple of months ago and I would like to say Thank you to them. They went out of their way to do all the jobs they promised to do and I can not fault them in any way. The customer service was second to none and so far there has been no problems with the car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I got my car from Team Auto, I fell in love with it when I test drove it was a lovely car to drive loved it. When I bought the car I was told the wheels had just been refurbished for me to wash my wheels a week later and for the paint to come off with the sponge, I also have the problem of a water leek into the car. Every time it rains or I wash my car the boot fills with water I had this checked by my local body shop that told me the joint from the roof to the side panel had split the sealer. So I contacted Team Auto I told them about my problems to be told that they where not going to get the wheels done again after been told they where like a scratch card and as for the leak that it was a manufactures problem that I had to deal with as the dealer could not deal with them. I was told they had contacted the dealer and that I had to go myself. So I contacted the same dealer to be told they had never spoken to anyone from Team Auto and it was a pack of lies. When I contacted team auto once again to tell them about this I was told by one member of staff LEE that I should bring the car back he would sell it ten times over and that he wasn't fixing anything. Wasn't so clever when we turned up at the garage mind it seems he only speek a to people like a dog on the phone and on that I will never buy anything from Team Auto ever again and will keep my friends and family away too.
