I live in Essex 300 miles from the garage everything was sorted over the phone and paperwork signed by email i saw pictures i was garenteed the car was what he advertised it to be i.e it had no dents it was in Purfect condition I sorted the finance out paid £16,000 as soon as I collected the car and viewed was totally disappointed to c the rear disks in very poor condition but he said they were fine and it just passed the mot a dent in the rear quarter Ray assured me if I got it fixed he would PAY! Head light one side has water condensation inside he again said if u get it sorted He would pay!! the car was wrapped in ice white I'm scarred to look under neath n c the original paint work I should wish I walked away I started the car up no diesel prob not enough to make it to a garage engine management light was on and they plugged it in n cleared the code & said was because the diesel was low and if we had any problems the warranty would cover it but the warrenty company auto protect hardly covers anything it's all out down to ware and tear after driving the car away realised the back window wiper didn't work then a few days later the front window wiper motor packed up the warrenty company viewed the car at Halfords and their decision was they wasn't going to pay or fix anything team auto say they will ring u back in 5 minutes and you feel like your on the phone to them constantly just to get their out the office or their with a customer every excuse under the sun they did pay the bill at Halfords in the end but theirs still one other problem left which they say they are calling me back to take it to a different garage that was 5days ago n they said 5 minutes lol
