I never leave reviews, but to be honest this is for anyone considering using this franchise. Sales guy responsive and collected details over and above during the remote sales process, fair play. Travelled nearly 300 miles to pick up the car. Was met with a different (though minor|) spec change from advertised (no air con controls for rear passengers). Was confronted and belittled when questioned it. Should have walked away there and then. Was offered a small concession so went ahead having travelled so far. Swapped in my spare wheel and they took my jack and put with the trade-in in error. Requested it be kept and I could have it collected but no joy or response whatsoever.. Car developed brake issues on the drive back. Alerted them the following morning. Still not been resolved 6 weeks later as Audi locally not interested. This is not in my opinion anything other than a move units operation, money cleared so they move on - especially with clients that are not local. Shame. Buyer beware. Put me off Audi for life.

I purchased my car via Audi Teesside and have had multiple problems with it. It is an Audi Q3 35 TFSI Vorsprung S Tronic. The car has been back and forth to Audi for repairs to a number of issues but Saturday the 14th January 2023 was the final straw for me. I got in my car to take my son to football to find water dripping from the roof of the car into the electrics within the cabin. When I turned right, the right-hand side internal lights within the cabin came on. When I turned left the left-hand side lights came on. The ceiling in the car was soaking wet with water running down the inside of the car and onto the floor soaking both the interior carpets and mats. Also, water was dripping into the back seats and centre console. This was clearly caused by a serious leak located within the panoramic roof which I reported to Audi some weeks prior. Having explained and showed photo evidence of what was happening, I was asked if I have a sunroof or panoramic roof to which I replied yes. The lady went on to state that she knew what the issue was and it’s an ongoing issue. On the 20th December 2022, I attended the garage as planned to be told it was an issue with the panoramic roof. I was told that Audi Teesside could not fix my car on the day but would need to be booked back in for the work to be completed to repair the issue. This was booked for the 7th February 2023. I expressed my concern that given each time it rained; water was entering my car. I called Audi assist who came out within the hour and stated that once water is in the electrics of the car there's nothing they can do. My car was recovered and taken to Audi Teesside lunchtime Saturday the 14th of January 2023 approx 12.55. Six days later, Friday the 20th January 2023 and despite several attempts to contact the garage to try and find out where my car is and whether the leak has been repaired, There's been no courtesy call to update me. Today (23.01.2023), after making a formal complaint, I receive an answerphone message to say my car is ready for collection tomorrow, no explanation, no apology. Tried to call back twice, not available to speak. Is this a joke? To say I am appalled with the customer service of a highly regarded company is an understatement. I finally got to speak to someone at Audi Teesside on Friday 20th of January at 16.30 who advised that the lady dealing with my car wasn't in at work. I asked her if she could confirm my car was there but she couldn't confirm that the car was even in the garage, I asked to speak with a manager to be told nobody was available but that she would send an e-mail and ask someone to be in touch but this wouldn't be till Monday. I am now seriously concerned that the ingress of water from the defective roof has caused permanent damage to the electrics of my car and I no longer have confidence in the reliability of this car. I believed that when I was purchasing a vehicle from a reputable company like Audi, that I would be purchasing a reliable car that would be a joy to own and drive but this has been far from the case. This is the first Audi I have owned and my first dealings with Audi Teesside and I can't express how disappointed I am. Audi prides itself “in delivering an outstanding customer service experience” but my experience has been far from outstanding. In fact, it's been abysmal. I no longer have any confidence in the reliability of my car and no desire to drive again.

Terrible after sales service all staff and managers making excuses between them never received a phonecall yet from them and they have had my car for almost 5 weeks Will not be getting my next car from here They only want to know when you are purchasing the car

Be very careful when Audi sales team are CONNING you to add Maintenance / Tyre packages as I have been mis sold this... I was told that over the course of my 3 year lease at 10,000 miles per annum thatI would be entitled to 20 plus new tyres if I get a nail, screw, puncture etc. On the 21st December my tyre received a puncture which could not be repaired. I was told by Audi that tyres only cover wear and tear which is NOT what I was told when purchasing the Tyre cover. ( WHO could possibly use 20 tyres of only wear and tear over 30,000 mile.....). I am still waiting 1 week later to be contacted by an Audi sales manager to discuss this yet surprise surprise the call still hasn't came... I will definitely not be recommending this dealership nor will I be taking my next car from these.. Be Careful People... P.Mckenna

Saw internet price for 19 plate Audi A2 of £21500. Agreed this price with my car trade in. Put deposit down on the Sunday, discussed finance deals quoting the initial price on Monday. Told them Tuesday I would travel over on Thursday to buy, to be told 'sorry human error, if want car have to pay £3000 more.' Thought I had entered into an agreement but apparently not so. Needless to say asked for deposit back. 5 days on no sign of the refund.and the car still showing on Heycar at the original price!!!!!!!!!
