Would not recommend buying a used car from here! We have now purchased two vehicles from here and both have needed extensive costly work almost immediately. Once they have got the sale they really do not care and will get defensive and argumentative and always use the phrase “wear and tear” which they are not responsible for (even though they sold the vehicle in that condition), which they will deny). They are great when trying to get the sale (although we were swiftly left to our own devices when someone came in looking for a more expensive car than us) but that goes downhill rapidly for after sales!! Very unprofessional and unhelpful and take no pride in what they are selling.
AVOID!!! Hi all, I will try not to be long, to not getting too boring, but please do your self a favour. Don't buy second-hand cars here, honestly. I purchased a peugeot 3008 2017 62k NEW MOT, and the car came already with problems, apart missing the mats that they sorted after when I sent the car back to fix an electrical fault, and the noise underneath the car which I reckon is related with suspension, since I owne I'm driving my new car with noises wich is getting worse day by day. I did complain many times and what I could hear is, that the key word is " I completely understand that " the true is the car have 1 year warranty already sent the car back to fix and came with same problem, completely incredible never experienced nothing like that. Now they want me to drive the car back to them (50 miles), lose a day of work, and pay a courtesy car if they stay with CAR. When they already had the car for 2 weeks to be fixed. Completely nightmare 😫. If some read that review, can you also give advice on where can I claim to get the problems in my new 2nd hand car with 1 year warranty, and NEW MOT. Kind regards Will re-edit with a good review with a better rate if I get my problems sorted. I wanted to change my car and the efficient service I got was excellent. It was all done for me so quickly and when I went to pick my new car up it looked lovely! Thankyou Ed I would certainly buy from telford motors again

I bought a Peugeot 208 from this dealership a few months back. I have only had one issue which was a fluid leak but this had now been resolved. The car was really good value for money and the people at the dealership have been very kind and helpful. The price of the car could have been better and they forgot to do a couple of things they said they would do but other than that I cant fault them. I would recommend this dealership.

I visited Telford Motors back in march to buy a car. I cant fault the sales side or the staff on the day because every went well and I was happy with the Peugeot so I went ahead and purchased it. However what I would say is that I have been in touch since what I would say is that the after sales has room for improvement in my opinion. I have still put that I recommend them and have given a 5 for the car being good value for money.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, other companies would do well to learn from them. Always made to feel like I was there first priority, when a small problem came up with the car I bough,t they dealt with it quickly and without fuss. Its just a shame I can't give them more stars!!
