Absolutely useless from day one. They messed my name up on the finance documents to start with. They sold me a car that had faulty lighting and from the time I bought the car to when I picked it up there was a chip in the windscreen. I've had the car 2 years and each service has taken them over 8 hours to do. The car isn't even 3 years old and the windscreen is leaking and they'll hold your car till they can be bothered to actually work on it. If I were you I'd find another ford dealership.
Firstly, Tempest Ford in Lichfield were very helpful with my purchase, there were a couple of minor issues with the car when we first saw it and they were sorted by the time I went to pick the car up - overall they delivered a top class service

The service stood out from Tempest Ford in Lichfield. They were on top of everything, didnt need to chase progress on anything. Even when I did have a couple of minor niggles with my van they were happy to sort them and calling to let me know when it was done and when i could collect. Highly recommended from myself, i will be going back
