Started well being helpful and being sent a good video of the car and any inperfections. Car bought and deposit paid with delivery to be 4/5 days after a full service and new MOT. Message received to arrange delivery for 4 days time. On the day of delivery received a mesage that it couldnt be delivered but would be there the next day between 1&2pm. I was then asked to pay the £11k balance now to which I refused. Spoke to them at 11am on that day to be told it cannot be delivered again. No reason given so I asked to canx this transaction at this point i was told actually could i hold on 2 weeks as there was knocking on the suspension and had to go to a main garage to be fixed. WTF ! I did get my deposit back but when i left a message to say surely this would have been picked up in the MOT etc I was ignored. I dont think they even bothered to get a new MOT.

Adrian, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car. He was honest and personable, and had previously worked as mechanic and therefore was very knowledgeable.

i bought car 3 months ago and apparently engine start some noise I drive a lot so i called Tenby aftersales and trust me from first call aftersales has been very helpful and arrange all the repairs , parts and mechanic local to me, i am happy and back on the road Thank You Tenby

Hi Team, Just to let you know I am not happy after checking over the car I bought and collected on 05/03/2022, I notice both front tyres are low on treds N/S/F side wall chip and cracks, I was told the car had fail the MOT due to the defective front tyres and they will be replace with new tyres, the tyres are not new,  the service book was not stamp, under the bonnet was very filty cover in dust the vehicle did not show as if it had service like I was told, they may have just change the oil, I am very dissatisfied with your service, I trust you would have delivered better because every one seems nice at Tenby Car Supermarket, I choose to buy my car from you because you have the best deals on at the time, thank you in advance for a urgent reply, I am looking forward to hearing from you. The car that I bought is amazing, no problems. And everyone there were respectful and kind when we got there. I highly recommend with trust!

A mistake on our finance application by the dealership meant we couldn't purchase the car we had originally put a deposit on. This was only picked up when we arrived at the dealership to finalise everything, but from the moment it was obvious there was a problem they did everything possible to help sort it. From offering to cover the diesel used for the journey there, to trying other finance companies, and showing us other cars, they did everything they could. I found another car there and they were able to sort out finance and paperwork within a couple of hours and I drove home in it the same day. So yes, a mistake was made but it happens, we're all human. The way it was dealt with though is the reason for the 5* review. It was also a win for me as the car I ended up buying is far better than the original! Very friendly bunch of guys, completely honest and zero sales pressure. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new car and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for all your help with everything.
