Did a deal on a Porsche agreed all finances and then put a deposit down, then once i sent my full financial information decided to put up the figure even though had already pre-agreed the deal in writing and already approved by finance company, he then offered me a refund which is still not returned. He either got a better deal from someone else or after got my financial info thought can get more money out of this. For me this is not trust worthy at all, and more importantly the finance company concerned said this had happened a few times. The finance company contacted me direct to advise happy if i find a car they still want to do the deal and the price was even lower. I would be very cautious in 24 years this sort of business practice i have never experienced and have bought many sports cars from great independent dealers. Obviously with this company his word is not his bond!!!!

TH Boler Automotive is an awful company, underhand process from start to finish, led by its owner Tim. Read the 1 star reviews and you will see the common thread. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a Range Rover sport 5 litre super charge to which we had numerous problems with whilst under the three month warranty the works on car were agreed by the Workshop manager & Then overridden by Tim Bowler & The works were not completed under the warranty We have now paid over a £1,000 two a local land rover dealership To make the car safe Mr Tim Bowler refused to acknowledge any emails and telephone communications with ourselves after spending £43,000 On this range Rover this level of service from this dealership is absolutely appalling and I would not recommend TH Boler Automotive to anybody

Bought a Tesla Model S from TH Boler Automotive in 2018. When the delivery lorry went to collect the car he found it scratched. Tim Boler confirmed in writing they would cover the cost of repair. When it did arrive in Dublin the retractor arm for the sun roof was broken. Called TH Boler without hours of receipt of the car and they said it was fine when it left them. Happily Telsa covered the cost sunroof repair on warranty but despite dozens of phone calls, emails and a solicitor's letter I am still awaiting reimbursement for repair of the paintwork. Avoid TH Boler. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there.

I had a great experience with TH Boler in particular Charlie who handled the purchase of my new car including a part exchange. They agreed a fair price and the car was in great condition when I picked it up. Good communication throughout I really can’t fault them!

I was approached by TH Boler via my autotrader advert to see if i was interested in a SOR agreement. My initial thoughts were 'no way, rip off, waste of time', but as I travel a lot, I thought they can sell it whilst I'm away. Providing they are professional and we write a contract, let's go for it. Long story short, they had the car 4 months and only when I threatened to collect it (due to lack of them trying to sell it), they told me they had already sold it.....wait for it... for 15% less than we agree! I couldn't believe what he was saying on the phone. I asked for the breakdown of the costs and was told 'that will be hard to get...nobody has ever asked for that before' I decided to visit them:, but my car was already gone when I got there. DVLA confirmed it was transferred out of my name. They had the V5 and both keys. Unprofessional service, terrible staff. Vast majority of nice cars there are SOR. Don't be fooled. Avoid.

I made some enquires with TH Boler Automotive after seeing their ad for a Porsche 993, the advert said the car had "full Porsche history" and was in "stunning condition" so I undertook a one and a half hour drive to view the car, nothing could have prepared me for the rubbish that sat in front of me, oil leaking from both exhaust tail pipes, carpets missing in the back of the car, scratches all over, when I looked at the "full Porsche history" it actually only went up to 1998, a small matter of 18 years of missing services, When I complained to the dealer ship via their website no one even bothered to respond, I even emailed them and still no response hence my review here today, I would NEVER buy a car from this lot. AVOID.
