I went with my partner to get the Audi & she is loving it. We did a fair bit of research & chose Thames Valley as they looked reputable. Everything was laid out ready for us to take the car for a drive and was well prepared. The guy that dealt with us was, I can't remember his name but he was very friendly & helpful!

We purchased our first car from our local dealer Thames valley cars , Winnersh and have been very happy with the experience ever since. The person , I think he might be the owner of the Thames valley cars , was very Honest+ Trustworthy. It was in 2012, when we went there , he simply asked what our budget was and when we said 5000 pounds with no more than that , he showed us a Ford that suited our needs perfectly. We used that car until 2026, and even travelled to Scotland in it. Impressively , we did not experience a single major issue during all those years , which itself speaks highly of his recommendations. Because of that positive experience, we returned to the same dealer and purchased two more cars : a Volkswagen , Polo and a Tiguan . We are really extremely satisfied customers and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for reliable vehicles. Even now I remember the person whom we met in 2012 , such an honest recommendation. Because that time our budget for the car was only 5000 pounds . If there was no proper guidance , we do not know what situation we might have ended up in . His honest recommendation led us to positive experience. We did not even take the car for a test drive , we trusted his recommendation completely as that was the only amount available at the time and that was the only car available with that budget . We are really very grateful.

Can’t complain. We were looking for a Peugeot 308 initially and managed find the best deal with Thames Valley. They made it a quite straight forward procedure, explained everything.

Smooth transaction

My daughter just passed her test, and she wanted a white Audi a1 so we turned to Thames Valley who had won plenty of rewards and the experience was good. I believe the chap who served us was in the business for 40 years and he was very easy to deal with.

I was needing something cheep and cheerful and the Fiesta ticks all the boxes. It covers the needs for what I was looking for, overall, really good.

My parents got their car from Thames Valley Cars and had no problems so I thought id get my car from there aswell. I had my eye on the car for a few weeks. I passed my test and it was still available. The dealership were really accommodating with me and my family. When I got the car the horn didn’t work but they sorted it out for me. I have already recommended the dealership to friends.

The Vauxhall is absolutely fine. They are good people at Thames Valley, very helpful. I saw the car advertised so went to have a look. They were very honest and I worked in the motor trade for years & knew what to look out for. I pointed out a few things which they sorted it straight away. Tim dealt with me - he is a great guy!!

The old car I had was reaching the end of its natural life and Thames Valley they had the car I wanted. They felt like a genuine, reputable company which was good as I have a long journey to get to them!

Don’t use the car that much as it’s second car for us, but seems to be ok. I would give them a 5* review but think they could improve the showroom area. Car looked good, the guy was pretty friendly!
