I want to say thank you to Tim and the team for the help and support provided in choosing my new car. I was chasing their offer for a long time, but it was love at 1st sight when I saw the car and said it must be mine. Support with the papers, and support with the company for obtaining the credit, which was incredibly smooth; definitely I will collaborate with Thames Valley Car in the future if I want a new car.

I absolutely love the Mini I bought! There were a few issues with the car, but they were rectified quickly. The team was very knowledgeable, so all of my questions about the car were answered. I didn’t expect to drive away with a car on the same day but I aren't complaining.

I recently bought a Vauxhall Astra from the guys at Thames Valley Cars. The car was well prepared when I test drove it and to the same high standard when I collected it. Unfortunately it developed a fault within the first week of ownership. I contacted TVC and they apologised for the inconvenience and asked me to return the car and they would rectify it at no cost to myself. They also offered a loan car whilst I was without mine. The car was repaired in the time frame they said and as a goodwill gesture they pulled a dent out of the bumper that someone had caused whilst in my communal parking area at home. I couldn't be more impressed. Will definitely use them again for future purchases.
