I went with my partner to get the Audi & she is loving it. We did a fair bit of research & chose Thames Valley as they looked reputable. Everything was laid out ready for us to take the car for a drive and was well prepared. The guy that dealt with us was, I can't remember his name but he was very friendly & helpful!

The Vauxhall is absolutely fine. They are good people at Thames Valley, very helpful. I saw the car advertised so went to have a look. They were very honest and I worked in the motor trade for years & knew what to look out for. I pointed out a few things which they sorted it straight away. Tim dealt with me - he is a great guy!!

The old car I had was reaching the end of its natural life and Thames Valley they had the car I wanted. They felt like a genuine, reputable company which was good as I have a long journey to get to them!

Don’t use the car that much as it’s second car for us, but seems to be ok. I would give them a 5* review but think they could improve the showroom area. Car looked good, the guy was pretty friendly!

My last car came from Thames Valley which is why I went back to them, unfortauntly I have had a window malfunction since I’ve got the car. I spoke to Thames Valley who said it’s a common fault and to just use WD40 and should be good to go in few weeks, the warranty has now run out and the window not working. They said it was an intermittent problem but I feel it should have picked it up, but now I need to go and find someone to fix it. I’ve used them before due to their reputation and not had any issues. But to make it a five star next time they could sort complaints out sooner, other than that my Kia is nice and I'm really happy with it.

We are loving are Nissan X trail! Everything was sorted including anything we asked, no issues at all. We went to the dealership and they said they had one coming in, so we watched it come in online. We had a Nissan and it died on the motorway and then I got told my little car was going to be very expensive to fix, so we decided to get one newer car. I saw this one just down the road, the staff at Thames Valley were very helpful and friendly.

We have been Thames valley numerous of times, the overall fair dealings with part exchanges as well as the cars that we get, we've had a reasonable life out of them.

Really good customer service from Thames Valley, it felt quite personal which made it really easy. Tim the sales guy was happy to help and answer any questions I needed so there was no issues, for the mileage, price and spec it was really good.
