It was quite a while back when I bought the Mini. Since then the car has been brilliant, nothing unexpected. The chap at the dealership was very nice and helpful. I managed to to get the car when I needed to, it was easily done. No concerns at all about this dealership it was great 😁

Thames Valley Cars has such a nice atmosphere in and around the dealership. Its almost like a homely family atmosphere. There is a few reasons as to why I will be coming back to these guys - They have a brilliant selection of cars, not only that but priced very reasonably also. Thames Valley Cars is not so far away from my house so very useful. The staff are so friendly and kind it is just a nice place to be. Its nice to go to a dealership and not see any of your typical hard sell sort of thing. It was a lovely experience with lovely people. Thank you.

Tim.... Thank you thank you thank you!! What a brilliant salesman he is. He made my experience pretty perfect. Tim did everything I asked form start to finish, he sorted everything out for me he was truly excellent. The car was spotless when I went to view it, it is in a condition for its age! I really wish it was that clean now haha! The test drive was nice no pressure at all put on from Tim, just a helpful hand if/when needed. I'm really pleased with the way this all planned out. Absolutely 5 stars!

Purchasing my Fiat 500 was so so easy. Honestly the process was so quick and smooth, I was in and out in no time. Absolutely all good and no issues what so ever since the purchase. The staff in and around the dealership were so helpful, kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I bought this car a while ago, its still driving absolutely perfect, its been a fair few months and its been nothing but reliable. Tim and Kevin were so accommodating during the time I was purchasing my car, I was desperate for a new car but I had just split from a long term relationship, I couldn't afford much. The guys really took that into consideration and help me choose a car that was low on tax, cheap to run and something that would get me to work and back. They took on board everything I told them, they found finance too which was helpful. Tim and Kevin were always so patient with me and really made sure I was ok through the process. Thames Valley Cars are really THE BEST. I definitely recommend. These guys really don't know how amazing they are!

At Thames Valley Cars I was extremally happy with the service I received. The whole process was very straight forward. Promises were made and they were delivered, exceeded even! This may of just been the smoothest transaction ever when buying a car. During the lengthy search for the car I went to a few other dealerships and they were no way near as good at Tim and Kevin's place. I drive the car everyday and I absolutely love it. During the test drive at the dealership I noticed a few things I wanted to change on the car and they did everything I wanted doing, without question. They went above and beyond and that I am thankful for. On arrival the car was prepped and ready for me. These guys couldn't of done more for me! 10000% recommend.

I drove up from Wokingham from Sussex in my old car with the idea to swap this one and take the new car away... I knew the Infinity from Thames was just the car for me and I needed to take a better look than just on the photos. I'm glad to say found the car just as promised! It was in very good nick I must say. Tim and Kevin were straight-talking guys and they were welcoming and helpful! Everything ran like clock work at Thames Valley Cars, Tim was brilliant, he's a nice chap and looked after me during my time when buying my BMW. From first contact to taking the car home it was a smooth run, everything moved pretty efficiently and quick. Tim picked me up from the train station as I had to travel quite the way to collect the car, he really went the extra mile which was highly appreciated, I've never had a salesman go above and beyond like he did. I can't fault Thames Valley what so ever! Highly recommended.

I received a high level of customer care, from start to finish the whole process was brilliant. The guys at the dealership explained everything about the car, answered all questions we had and even give the car its own little service before we took the it away! I was offered a test drive of the car and there was no rush to get the car back, I got a good feel for it and decided it was the one for me. We've had no problems what so ever, I strongly recommend!!
