We bought a Kia Sorento 2005 which is in great condition with average mileage. The car drove smoothly for its year and interior is very clean and comfortable. We experienced a few mechanical problems and instantly sheriff took our car back to be looked at and a curtousy car was given to us whilst it was being repaired. Unfortunately, this car had issues that proved costly and problematic. Sheriff offered us another Sorento which we accepted and it runs perfectly. What we found with The Automotive Showroom was professionalism and understanding. They worked hard to resolve the problem and then offered us an alternative solution. It's fair to say that all was done before giving us another vehicle and it was only because of the mechanical problems undetected, as this car had a good service history, it was just unfortunate and honestly the car drove perfectly on the test drive. I found sheriff and his team very friendly and accommodating. Yes I would buy another car from them :)
Really good and I think they are 5 all over. Stayed open til 9 at night for me, they gave me a good deal and even thought we did a PX he took mine even with a few faults on there that we worked out between us. I honestly cant speak highly enough about this dealership. Top review and service all over

They were very friendly, the communication was good, had to travel 300 miles to see the car so was really happy everything was as good as described. My purchase was a Chrysler 300C, which i love, any car buyer who is visiting here or looking for a car i would recommend the automotive showroom

Very professional service..no pressure at all..As the company deals in specialist cars the clients basically no what they want..their job is to provide the best car for a fair price..job done..I am very happy with my SRT 8 and would definitely recommend the dealership...it takes the guess-work out an expensive purchase..Alan Shephard proprietor Partners Barbers and Tattoo group
