From the initial call about a specialist vehicle being advertised, until well after the transaction / purchase had been completed; Peter was an absolute gentleman, a consummate professional to his trade. Forget the stereotype of "Arthur Daly" in his sheepskin jacket, with car dealers adopting triangle flags and bunting; Brookside Group could not be further apart from this. Peter was helpful, polite, patient; nothing was too much trouble. The communications were excellent, faultless in fact. Even after I made the purchase and drove the car home, a small fault had occurred unexpectedly, and could not have been predicted or foreseen. Peter arranged to come and collect the car, provide me with a courtesy car, fix the issue; then return the car direct to my home. Now, this is going above and beyond what you may expect after a sale. Bought my first car with the guys at Brookside and I can’t fault it I was fairly nervous and unsure as it was my first big purchase but from talking to fin over the phone to my appointment with nick the service was exceptional was made to feel very comfortable and have come away very happy with my new car.

I was looking for a car for my daughter but don’t know much about cars. I was recommended to go and see the chaps at Brookside. It was a breath of fresh air. They talked me through various options, helped with finding insurance and I bought a great value little Polo.. There was never any pressure and the car has been fantastic. I very rarely write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, I was looking for a new vehicle after my car completely broke down after contacting so many dealerships and relentless car views. I wasn’t holding out much hope in finding a vehicle any time soon. I then came across the Brookside Group and spoke to Peter from the first point of contact I breathed a sigh of relief Peter was professional not in any way pushing the sale quite the contrary it was myself that kept calling Peter to arrange a viewing, Whilst viewing the car Peter left me to look over the vehicle in my own leisure I test drove the car and even when saying I wanted the vehicle Peter advised go home and think about it but my heart was set. I cant express how happy i am with the service I have received from this dealership (Peter) is a professional extremely helpful individual who goes way and beyond and completely transparent in relation to the vehicle. I had a very small issue which Peter helped with immediately and even arranged for my car to be MOT he really does go above and beyond and always responded to any questions i had even 6 months after purchase.
