I very rarely write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, I was looking for a new vehicle after my car completely broke down after contacting so many dealerships and relentless car views. I wasn’t holding out much hope in finding a vehicle any time soon. I then came across the Brookside Group and spoke to Peter from the first point of contact I breathed a sigh of relief Peter was professional not in any way pushing the sale quite the contrary it was myself that kept calling Peter to arrange a viewing, Whilst viewing the car Peter left me to look over the vehicle in my own leisure I test drove the car and even when saying I wanted the vehicle Peter advised go home and think about it but my heart was set. I cant express how happy i am with the service I have received from this dealership (Peter) is a professional extremely helpful individual who goes way and beyond and completely transparent in relation to the vehicle. I had a very small issue which Peter helped with immediately and even arranged for my car to be MOT he really does go above and beyond and always responded to any questions i had even 6 months after purchase.
