I bought a 61 plate gold from the garage, it all looked in good order at a first glance. After having the car for under 3 months the main cyclinder in the car went therefore meaning the clutch would not work. This repair cost £194.94 and due to the master cyclinder going the gear selector in the gear box has need replacing too therefore costing another £500 at least. With both repairs adding up to £700. This in my eyes is ridiculous as I haven’t even had the car over 3 months. I rung the garage back to see what could be helped the man who answered the phone said he would ring me back and never did. When I went to call him again he said if I have had anything done to the car it therefore voids the warranty.
The dealer was very polite and helpful, I bought a smart car from them, the vehicle was clean and tidy and I thought was good value for what I needed. Very friendly helpful staff. Thank you.
You will receive a good service when you buy the car as the sales representative will be the sweetest to get his commission BUT if anything goes wrong with the car, the manager will hide behind the terms and conditions and won’t help at all: I bought a car on November 19th 2017 and I already had to change both front tires, do the wheel alignment and the break pads, which cost me an extra £600, on February 15th 2018. When I contacted them about the “warranty” on the car, Pratik said they couldn’t do anything about it as those were wearable items. Despite the fact that the car was not of “satisfactory quality” as per the Consumer Rights of 2015, they sold me a vehicle that was dangerous to drive! The manager, in his reply, also told me that I should have reported the conditions of the tires myself at the time of the sale... This was THEIR job as professionals to do so, not mine! As it was my first time buying a car, I guess I was too naive to trust them... On the top of that, he blamed me for not giving them the chance to “inspect the tyres prior to replacing them”: One of the tires kept deflating, so it was a matter of urgency to get them changed. Also, if you’re making your mind up based on reviews (like I do!), be extremely careful: They explicitly ask their customers to leave 5 stars reviews on websites & social media and in return they offer “free MOT for life”...

Buying a new car is a big deal, and the options to choose from are ever increasing and more confusing. Unlike the generic used car dealers who are waiting to pounce on you for handover your money to them, the guys at The Car Centre know that’s not what buying a car is about. They let you take your time, allow you to judge the vehicle while always standing beside you to inform you and help you make the right choice. If you know what you want then it is to the Car Centre that you should be going, if you do not know what you want, then it is to the Car Centre that you should be going. Either ways it is assured that you are going to be leaving the place with a big smile on your face, steering wheel in your hands and the noise of the engine around you. That’s what buying a car has been all about since the beginning, and the people at The Car Centre have mastered this art of putting smiles on your faces – or as they call it ‘smiles on wheels’!!!

I found The Car Centre to be knowledgeable and helpful, however the car wasn't best clean and as described as there was a few little bits inside the car that were broken that I wasn't told about but I just sorta got over them. The dealership itself was a nice looking place though! I would recommend them.

I have had a very good experience purchasing my Toyota Aygo from The Car Centre In Fallowfield. The staff were really helpful. They were happy to help with any issue big or small and the prepared the vehicle to a very good standard. It was a very good price and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Audi 3 TDI SE; drove it to test it out; the car garage owner was very helpful and seemed genuine. The price was fair taken into account it is from a trader; you are given 3 months mechanical warranty (i took 12 month extra for piece of mind). The car's details advertised was accurate. Overall I had a good experienced from The Car Centre UK and I would recommend them.

I purchased a Clio from The Car Centre in September and I have had no problems with it since. It had been brilliantly cleaned and was in perfect condition when I received it and I am very happy with the price.
