Just been on the phone to a very rude and unprofessional salesman. I was interested in viewing and purchasing a Range Rover Evoque which I enquired about and was willing to part ex in my car which is valued at around £14-£15k on Autotrader. So he asked me how much I would like for it, I said its probably best you make the offer but he insisted so I said £14k is what I am looking for he said you wont get that. I said that's fine that's why I am asking you to make the offer so I can either accept or reject. He abruptly says i'll offer you £5k in an attempt to end any negotiation. We both knew the car is not worth £5k not even at trade value so that is a joke of an offer. I just told him he's taking the mick and that he's lost a potential customer. He was also refusing to provide a reg plate due to "security reasons" as i needed to check the insurance on the car but yet was happy to take the reg on my car. And he also refused to provide further details on the service history citing "you've clearly done your homework" yes i have, if i am buying a car i would do my homework. I probably have dodged a bullet so thank God for that. Shame I didnt take his name but the company should be reviewing the customer service their staff provide, a joke of a service! I should have also read so many of their negative reviews before even deciding to call this shit show of a company. Avoid them like the plague!

In regards to your reply to me about the episode about the white BMW that you tried to sell to my daughter and her boyfriend, the car was a bag of nails problems with it from day one,alloys painted with an cheap tin of satin black,proper backstreet job worth at least £15 not proper 2 pack,mechcanical problems from day 1 your idaea of fixing it was to have the car for 4 weeks drive it round the block a few times and the have acheek to charge them £150 for a so called milage charge. In regards to the MOT they got done in another garage was because there was something not right with the car and did it not fail the second MOT they got i think yes amazing within 1 week it went from a pass to a fail,lets be honest you tried to sell them a car that had problems you did not fix anything with this and charged them £150 for it sitting round the back if you had it checked properly instead of the 40 hours you stated it was in your mates garage for were is the records of the tests that were done no records no receipts adds to no tests were ever done ,and as about slating her boyfiend if saying they are young and the car is not for them this is what you did not like ,the fact that you tried to sell a young couple this horrible car says all about your company .They have aproper car now from a proper approved company with history records and proper receipts unlike that man pete the man with no receipts.Just for the record you have loads of bad reviews the ones that are not hidden are easily found on google just because they are not verified does not mean they are not posted.Hope you had lunch on the £150 that you took off the money you returned after 6 weeks

I tried to buy a car ,they offred me a finance but the car was straight away 1000 pounds more expensive than initial price. Test want to take extra 1000 pounds just like that When they made me a finance offer they haven't mantion anythink about extra costs Only showed the monthly amount to repay J They give me all paperworks to sign and at the end invoice where the price was 1000higher than was initially agreed So i said i don't want the car and the loan Hanza said i can't now cancel my transaction So at the end i haven't got car but i they took a loan on my name I contacted with the lender V12bank and still waiting Nothing constructive at the moment only general bullshit They only asked me why i cancelled my Direct debit I don't event know what i have to say Just keep away from the dodgy company And The Car Company was only Man on the middle finance provider, the car owner is diffrent company (person)

Brought a car had to wait 3 weeks to pick it up the valet was no where near to the standard it should of been and the day I picked it up then had to spend money on it so over all would not recommend them
