I bought a Honda Jazz for my wife in January 2020 and I found the sales person to be very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons I bought this car for my wife was the parking sensors. However, I realised quickly that they were faulty and I raised it as a warranty issue. After being initially delayed because of Covid outbreak, I was permanently delayed and delayed until they finally accepted to have a look at the car, 2 years after I bought it. They said they will call me back after ordering the sensors kit, including the ECU. That was the last time I heard from them and they stopped answering any of my e-mails. So, if you expect any warranty when you're buying the car, my advice is go elsewhere.

0 stars actually. This company is horrifying and please stay away from this car dealer. My dad bought a car a few months ago and the whole car had problems. It was under warranty for 3 months. The car broke down a few days later, so I requested them to fix the car, they took the car for ten days in their garage, they did not touch the car and it was left in the parking lot. They contacted me and said it was ready, therefore I went all the way from Nottingham. When I brought the car, it broke down half way supporting the fact that they did not fix the car AT ALL, so I called them and they reccomended for me to take it to my local garage and that they'll pay for it. I still haven't received the payment. After one day, the same problem occurred so I contacted them to reject the car and say that I need my money back. I spent £11k on it and keeps rejecting till now. I repeated do not trust them. I have five kids and haven't worked for 5 months, I need to claim all MY money back and go to court. Do not come to this car dealer. Thank you

Friendly and helpful, I would most certainly recommend The Car company. It's a lovely dealer with unbeatable prices and no compromise on quality cars and service. I couldn't fault them, if you need a car, check them out.
My father reserved a car for me but didnt realise it was 160 miles away. I called the garage to let them know I couldn't get there to collect it as I wa told it was in Tauton it was 1.30pm I had to be there by 4pm and its a 4 hour journey one way. The sales man was extremely rude stating that my father bouther me a car and i was ungrateful for not putting myself out to go and get. He complained they had got the car ready for nothing, I presume they would have to get the car ready to sell anyway. How dare he speak to me like this, totally unacceptable he knows nothing about my circumstances and berates me for not wanting to do a 4 hour round trip. Do not engage with this company!!!!!!!
Bought a car which was slightly over priced but my choice. I was cohersed to purchase the extra warranty which was a con, nothing was properly explained rushed through due to Covid apparently. Called with a problem yep basically was taken for a ride. Con merchants
THIS MAN HAS BEEN CONVICTED IN THE PAST... HE'S TAKEN A DEPOSIT OF £500 AND REFUSED TO MEET ME WHEN IS CONVENIENT TO ME... HE'S RE LISTED THE CAR ON EBAY AND REFUSED TO PAY ME MY MONEY.. TRADING STANDARDS WARWICKSHIRE COUNCIL ARE NOW INVOLVED AND THE FRAUD TEAM.... SCAM... CON MAN

When I collected my Range Rover I was told it had been checked out by their specialist Range Rover garage in Leamington spa and confirmed it was good to go, 2 days latter I took the car to my garage to have a service as there was no service history with it, I had call from my garage telling me you have a problem all the tyres are illegal the off side LED brake light not working, body to axcal bolts are missing, the 2 front brushes perished and prop shaft central bearing perished, the car was not road worthy, I informed the car company straight away and the after service guy was rude very rude but it was agreed the car would be recalled and all the above would be recited, they would call me with a date, after many calls and emails to them since I have had no response, in fact the only email have have received from this outfit was day one asking for my deposit, I am now going Legal to recover my costs, I only wished I had reviewed the reviews before purchasing, I have paid £500 for a warranty that’s totally worthless, these people are untrustworthy and should be avoid at all costs, it’s cost me over £2k to but my vehicle right and road legal, please please please stay away from this cowboy outfit
