My son brought a car last month with heaps of expensive issues and they have not bothered with any care of help at all.

I bought a car it had problem with the drive shaft they refused to refund me also they had a family member respray the car not orignal coulor it was poor job cheap repair they dis not discribe this on the advertiment and would not refund me any money vary sneaky.
I purchased my first car from the dealership. Their service and knowledge was outstanding. The Car Corner were very helpful through out the transaction.
do not go near this garage I BOUGHT FORD MONDEO FOR £1600 ADVERTISED AS MINT CONDITION. After 3 weeks clutch went cost £500, then starter motor £100. Recently engine went cost over £600 up to now. Still not working Contacted garage they didn't want to know

We are a trusted family business and always endeavour to provide an outstanding after sale experience. Under the credit consumer act Dealers are only legally obliged to assist consumers with any repair issues within a period of 6months. This particular vehicle was purchased in July 2016, the buyer experienced issues 11months after date of purchase (June 2017). The buyer was made aware of this at first instance. Unfortunately vehicles do suffer an element of failed components due to misuse/ware and tear, the liability lies on the buyer to repair.
I have had a lot of issues with my car from The Car Corner. I have spent a fortune on repairs and the dealers have been really reluctant to help in anyway at all! claiming that the car was fine when sold as it had passed its MOT. The dealer stated that the car was not sold with warranty and it wasn't implied that it did (I do not recall this being mentioned.) I am really unhappy and I wouldn't recommend this dealership, even to an enemy.

I had same problems with this so called car dealer . I have just done a review for ford mondeo , I paid £1600 for it supposed to be in mint condition. The bodywork look ok but clutch went after 3 weeks and they refused to do anything. , then starter motor and now engine having to be replaced costing £600.

I am sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction. Our ethos is to provide quality used cars with a second to none after sales service. All additional options are clearly detailed on our sales invoice I.e. Warranty/breakdown cover etc. We endeavour to accommodate our consumers. The buyer has failed to mention vehicle details or dates, we are unable to verify this particular sale.
Good dealership. I am really happy with the car. My only issue is that then I got the car checked over my a friend who is a mechanic he said that the car has been modified in certain ways which were not mentioned in the description of the car but this isn't a major issue. The car runs really well and I am happy with it. I would recommend this dealership.
