TERRIBLE - AVOID THIS DEALER. I phoned and made the point to the dealer that it would be a 4hr round trip of 170 miles to see this car and could i confirm the details on the advertisement. He phoned me back 10 mins later and said he had been outside and given it the once over inside and out. He told me the car exterior had a couple of tiny marks that would buff out when he did the valet. the inside had no rips or tears and was in excellent condition as described in the add, so were the tyres. We made the trip only to find out that the car had 4 dints in one the size of a fist next to the petrol cap. the two front tyres had barely any tred on and one had a split in the side wall about 3cm long. One of the back ones had a tennis ball size lump in the side wall. When we opened the boot there were approx 10 -15 rips all over the upholstery and roof lining and the whole of the boot lining had been heavily marked from continued loading and unloading..... The list goes on. Chris the manager told us it was as expected for its mileage ! a 2008 100K car - I dont think so. We were polite and after approx 5 mins we said we were going to leave it but thank you anyway. Chris response was to say "No Problem" and turned and walked away, no goodbye, no apology for deliberately mis advertising the condition of the car. If His business's ethics mirror any of his i would avoid this dealer - I can only imagine the type of after sales service you would receive. This is the first review i have ever written on the internet but i was that disgusted by this entire experience only for him not to even have the decency to say goodbye and wish us on our way. a disgustingly rude man and very poor company. If enough people read this and don't use him it may teach him that manners cost nothing and poor service and product could cost him a lot - after all that one 4.5k sale he didn't get.

I bought a car of this garage in February. The car was delivered to me with all document EXCEPT the full service history that was advertised. I have spent the last 3 months repeatedly phoning them for this document and I keep getting fobbed off. Constantly told someone will phone me back and they never do. I also part ex my old car with my private number plate on it and the garage are supposed to be organising the transfer of the plate but once again i keep getting fobbed off when i call. The plate belonged to my dad who sadly passed away 3 years ago so it has a lot of sentimental value i would not recommend this garage to anyone.

Make sure you check the fuel before you drive off! They sell cars on empty tanks, ran out of petrol 1 mile after driving away, rang them and they simply tried to direct me to a petrol station. They advertise a free MOT, funny how after 2 weeks the cars tire blows, was worn down on the inside. And if that's not bad enough, when buying a new tire, discovered the Audi I bought cash came with no locking nuts. Rang them and they explained that 9 out of 10 cars they sell have no issues (it was like they were reading from a script), they offer an AA a warranty as standard because they sell poorly looked after cars. Avoid avoid avoid

Traded in and drove away the next day. Gave me all the DVLA documents to post myself so can't go missing, good policy. Friendly chaps and not pushy. Car as described and happy with warrenty given.

Just purchased another car from this garage as i was very happy with the one i bought earlier in the year, yet again the car and service was second to none. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Tony

The car was described as having a full service history it was 3 year old and had one main dealer service the second service in the book turned out to be an accident repair centre in Newcastle and the last service was stamped by The car factory. Looking at the air and pollen filter oil and spark plugs I don't think it had been serviced since the first one. When I picked the car up it ran out of petrol in less than a mile. The man that brought me a can of fuel wasnt happy he had to pay for it even though I had left half a tank in my trade in. Theses people are generally rude and i can't understand how they are still in business

Very Impressed with the dealer, did everything they said they would. Bought a car in Febuary 14, developed an issue in September having covered 15000 miles due to work, the car factory without any issue repaired the car at a huge cost, i am very greatful to this dealer as i have just been made redundant and can ill afford the repair costs. I can't stress enough how the dealer has helped me, keep up the great service. Lyn

GREAT GREAT GREAT Bought a car from the car factory, exactly as described, i was on holiday in Scotland when the car was experiencing some issues due to a sensor failure, The car factory had the car booked in within 1 hour in Scotland and repaired where i was, it cost me nothing as the company were informative at all stages and repaired the car for me to continue my holiday without any trouble. The cost of the repair was estimated at £350 which was paid in full under the free warranty i got with the car. Great to deal with would recommend to anyone!

I drove 100miles after seeing this car on auto trader. The car looked perfect and ai bought it. I was not given either warranty documents as per 2 year warranty advertised or sales invoice which they said would be forwarded to me. Since then despite repeated requests I have still not received either. In addition I did not receive a DVLA V5 and had to apply for one directly. I then discovered that the car had no disc for the Sat Nav which again was promised but never arrived. After 2 months of ownership the car broke down and had to be repaired at AUDI. I called the dealer and again asked for a warranty to be delivered. I was told I would be called back but never was. Truly dreadful experience.
