The salesman that looked after me was actually perfect. The tyre on my Ford is a little bit worn, and before taking the car he wanted to add a fresh MOT and service, but because I was in a rush, I wasn't able to wait for this to be done. He did advise me that I can bring the car back at any time for this to be done, which is great. Overall, the car is doing good, and I'm very happy with it.

So far everything with my Toyota Yaris is fine, and I haven't experienced any issues up to now. The customer service on the day was pretty good. Everything that was agreed was done before collection. I did have to wait for the car to go through a service and MOT, but you can't always have the car ready. When it came to the handover, it was smooth, and there were no delays. I have no complaints about anything and wouldn't change anything about my visit.
