I am very much enjoying the new BMW 1 Series, I bought from the brilliant salesman John who looked after us extremely well at the dealership. He took care of everything and carried the sale brilliantly. It ran smooth and it was a quick easy process! I would be more than happy to come back to The Car King if they had a car in that I liked the look of! Keep up the good work John, your excellent!

I came to the Car King to purchase my little Ford Fiesta, it's a great little car that runs nicely and does the job! John was great, I have had an issue with the reflector and John has been more than happy to get to sorted. The customer service I received was perfect! No issues what so ever!

John is a credit! He is a lovely man that sells great cars. I came to test drive the Kia Sorento 1 week before the purchased, I told John a few things which I would of really liked doing to the car before I come back to make the purchase. He did everything I asked him to and more. I can not fault this amazing service, he is great. How could I not rate him a 5?!

I am very happy with the Fiesta. I am getting used to it and finding things I didn't know it had. It's quick and a better ride than the Corsa. It was a good experience buying the car, I felt I was treated well and fairly. Everything promised was done before I collected and licensing and changing the registration saved me a job. The log book has already arrived. I will recommend The Car King to friends and family.

We happened to use The Car King last time we purchased a car and if I am been totally honest it was not the smoothest of experiences. When we came to upgrade the car we saw the Land Rover Freelander for sale with them, we really liked the car and it was perfect for what we wanted! So... we decided to give them another try and this time round they exceeded expectations! John went way and above my expectations and did not fail to deliver what I would describe as a remarkable service. I received a follow up call after the sale and I told him The Car King are not having the car back put it that way because we love it haha. I think its very important that customer feedback is asked for and the feedback they have been getting from these calls has proven to be a great tool because this time round they were perfect. It is nice to see that the feedback from the aftersales has been taken on board. Based on my experience this time round this will be my first point of call for the future.

I am more than happy with Car King, they got the job done and the customer service was great. It was John that I dealt with through the process of purchasing my Hyundai from here, one thing I loved about this car dealer is that he was not like your typical salesman because at no time did I feel under any pressure, he let me take my time looking at the car and answering all the questions I had along the way. John's knowledge about the car was second to none and it was an easy decision to drive away with the car. Everything went so smoothly I did not have to lift a finger. An outstanding service, would highly recommend this dealership as a trustworthy dealer to buy your car from.

John was a very helpful and friendly chap from start to finish! He answered any questions that I had and provided a really good insight into the Picasso which I bought from them. Even after the sale was finalised, when I rang up with even more questions for him, he answered them with no hesitation at all. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be recommending these guys.

John and Ade were brilliant, really nice guys to deal with. This is the first time I have used Car King in Lincoln. I did not even know they where there, I happened to find the car online and that is what took me to them. Would certainly shop with this dealer in the future and highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I've had several vehicles from The Car King and the service has always been first class. I did a part exchange on my car that I got from them around 5 to 6 years ago and got my Mitsubishi ASX. They gave me a good price for my old car and I got a good price on this one so things could not have gone any better. I am really pleased with the Mitsubishi ASX it is very comfortable and spacious and enjoyable to drive. I will definitely return again when I want to swap this for something different.
