I'm still in shock at just how good the team at The Car King are - wow! They couldn't do enough for us from the moment we enquired, and they really made us feel like we mattered which isn't a feeling you get too often these days - Very impressive. Stuart dealt with us on the day and he's a great guy - He knew everything there was to know about the BMW X5 we were looking at, and allowed us to take our time and ask as many questions as we wanted. To say he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable would be an understatement. Once we decided to proceed with the purchase he made the whole process effortless, and actually pretty quick too which was a nice change...no hanging around for hours. All in all we're extremely happy with the car, feel like we had a great deal & just generally a great customer experience all-round. My dad was looking online for me as I was in need of a new car, but I have no idea about cars so left it up to him 😂. He found what he said the perfect car for me (small). So dad and I went down to test drive the car, it was really nice as the salesman gave us some space when we were looking around the car, so we didn't feel pressured.
