We happened to use The Car King last time we purchased a car and if I am been totally honest it was not the smoothest of experiences. When we came to upgrade the car we saw the Land Rover Freelander for sale with them, we really liked the car and it was perfect for what we wanted! So... we decided to give them another try and this time round they exceeded expectations! John went way and above my expectations and did not fail to deliver what I would describe as a remarkable service. I received a follow up call after the sale and I told him The Car King are not having the car back put it that way because we love it haha. I think its very important that customer feedback is asked for and the feedback they have been getting from these calls has proven to be a great tool because this time round they were perfect. It is nice to see that the feedback from the aftersales has been taken on board. Based on my experience this time round this will be my first point of call for the future.

I am more than happy with Car King, they got the job done and the customer service was great. It was John that I dealt with through the process of purchasing my Hyundai from here, one thing I loved about this car dealer is that he was not like your typical salesman because at no time did I feel under any pressure, he let me take my time looking at the car and answering all the questions I had along the way. John's knowledge about the car was second to none and it was an easy decision to drive away with the car. Everything went so smoothly I did not have to lift a finger. An outstanding service, would highly recommend this dealership as a trustworthy dealer to buy your car from.

John was a very helpful and friendly chap from start to finish! He answered any questions that I had and provided a really good insight into the Picasso which I bought from them. Even after the sale was finalised, when I rang up with even more questions for him, he answered them with no hesitation at all. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be recommending these guys.

I did not even know they where there, I happened to find the car online and that is what took me to them. I've had several vehicles from The Car King and the service has always been first class. I did a part exchange on my car that I got from them around 5 to 6 years ago and got my Mitsubishi ASX. They gave me a good price for my old car and I got a good price on this one so things could not have gone any better. I am really pleased with the Mitsubishi ASX it is very comfortable and spacious and enjoyable to drive. I will definitely return again when I want to swap this for something different.

I love my Qashqai it is fantastic! I was more than over due upgrading my car and the Qashqai was a no brainer because my mum and my nanny both have one at I love their cars. Getting my first Automatic car has been a dream, sitting in traffic not having to deal with the clutch is such a game changer! I wont ever go back to a manual car. The gentlemen at Bells were superb to deal with and I can't thank them enough for their help.

Absolutely cracking place to buy a car! John was a pleasure to deal with and the Fiat 500 I bought has been spot on! No issues to report.
