I am really happy with how everything has been handled for me. I bought a Nissan Qashqai in November from The Car King, and for most of the process, it was led by John. He was very kind, very patient, very knowledgeable, and was just a very nice sales guy in general. There was no pressure applied at all, I was able to take my time deciding if it was for me or not. I took the car for a little test drive, and knew it was for me so everything was sorted and I was on my way. A few weeks later I had a bit of an issue with the car, so rang up John, who was very helpful and got the car back in the garage for me. He paid the invoice for the work that had been done, so I didn't have to lift a finger really. Ever since it was fixed, the car has been a dream, I couldn't be happier with how everything unfolded and would recommend anyone to visit.

The team at The Car King were really friendly and helpful during the purchase of my Mondeo, they were all really nice and made it really simple and straightforward. The car that I chose has been driving swimmingly ever since we departed from the garage, so I cannot complain really. It was very fast and efficient and was stress free, so a really great experience in my opinion. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

I think it was John who I was dealing with during the sale, and I must say, what a salesman he is! Everything I asked he got done for me, and he offered to help with anything he could! He was really polite and kind, I couldn't fault his service at all. I will definitely be using again and recommending, it was an immaculate experience!

The car is absolutely fantastic, it is exactly what I have been wanting. I do have one slight issue which is the radio, however me and John are currently trying to get that sorted between us! It was a really lovely experience buying from The Car King, and I would be more than happy to buy again, he was such a nice gent and did everything he could to help out.

John was a really big part as to why we decided to buy from The Car King. The level of customer care he provided throughout was better than any place we have ever been to before. We really liked the way he conducted the sale, he was more like a friend rather than a salesman. Everything was really relaxed and chilled I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a car. The Jaguar we did end up buying is fantastic, driving like a dream. I cannot put into words how impressed I am with John, he was such a lovely, lovely guy, there really is no better than this dealership.
