A big thank you from me to John at The Car King, he is a very nice man to deal with. It is early days with my Insignia but so far it is doing very well! The Insignia was delivered nice and timely too and arrived as described. I would happily by another car from here they are very good!

I bought two Cars from the Car King back in October and on the whole my wife and I are happy with our respective vehicles. The Sportage did have to go in to have the fuel filter looked at and they got what needed to be done sorted very quickly. Since then there has been no problems. The staff were very friendly throughout. No complaints from us.

Out of all the cars on the market this was the best priced for the age and condition by a mile! The car was exactly as described in the advert, I cannot complain at all. It has definitely been the best decision I have ever made! It was such a brilliant experience buying from the team, the car was fairly priced and they laid everything out on the table. There was no messing about, no unnecessary fees or waiting around, it was great. When viewing the car I didn't feel any pressure or pushiness of the team, it was fantastic! I did give the team a call after the sale to say thank you, but thought they deserve the recognition online too! 😁

I absolutely love the 4WD beauty that I recently picked up from The Car King! The Merc has been absolutely unreal to own, I am in love with the car so much, it is such a beauty I am extremely pleased with it! The customer service at TCK was brilliant too, everyone was so good at what they did, and very knowledgeable of the cars they had in stock. Everything they did was bang on the money, I can't fault them one bit, I highly recommend the team if you are after pristine, second hand cars!

I am currently still learning how to drive, so I haven't been able to take my Renault out as much as I would've liked, however, from the times I have taken it out, it has been very nice to drive! It is a lovely car, and is exactly what I wanted my first car to be, the spec is lovely, and it is good on fuel too. The team were really kind to me, and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they sounded. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into the sale, and would definitely recommend them to others, they have been ever so lovely to me!

The Car King have been absolutely brilliant when buying my Fabia, I did have a little issue to begin with, however, they have been more than helpful in sorting that for me. As soon as I told them, they were very apologetic and got the car right back in the garage for me. I have absolutely no issues at all in recommending The Car King, as even if you do run into an issue, they will take care of you👍.

My Peugeot has been an absolute dream to drive, I am so happy with the car...blown away to be exact! Everything was wonderful when I was going through with the sale, the team were a delight to deal with and got everything sorted for me. Any question I had was answered and the car was shown to me in great detail. I am 100% absolutely over the moon with how everything went, and cannot recommend The Car king enough, they have been a dream to deal with!

My expectations were met and exceeded when I was buying my Sportage, it has been a brilliant car to drive, I couldn't be more pleased with it. John was the guy I was dealing with and he was a star, he got everything in order for me, and got the car looking spic and span on the day. Really good guys down at The Car King, they have been fantastic when buying my Aygo. Everything was so simple and easy, and the car has been an absolutely dream since driving it away. I was given all of the necessary information and documents, I can't fault the guys one bit, they have been fantastic!

moments ago Awful Appalling customer service. I made an online reservation and paid the £100 holding fee which is supposed to take the car off the market. They didn't even bother to contact me despite me leaving phone messages and contact requests via their website. After 3 days and several phone calls by me finally got to talk to someone who just fobbed me off claiming he would ring me back in 15minutes. Never happened and I had to chase them again only to be told my reserved car had been sold. Now this may be a system failure but an explanation or apology or at least some haste to let me know is the least that should happen. Anyway I was promised a refund that day , I'm still waiting over more than 48hours now despite ringing and reminding them and being promised it would be done today. Appalling attitude and service. Looks like I will need to pursue the issue for refund with my bank . I always though the AA accreditation guaranteed a level of integrity , not in my experience !
