On arrival at The Car Loan Centre the Mini was looking great! perfectly presented, clean, tidy, and spotless! I am enjoying the lovely little car, it handles great on the road. Dilan was great from start to finish! What a brilliant salesman he is. The customer service I received really was top of the board. He was so efficient and easy to talk to and highly informative. Ill be back when its time for an upgrade! I love my Ford to pieces, such a good little car from such a good little dealership.

Had issue with our first car so rang the dealer and they couldnt fix it so the exchanged it for another car with no issues what so ever Victoria was amazing through the whole experience

I don’t often give 5 star reviews, But the Car loan centre who I have previously had Cars in the past was, as always, fantastic and made the whole experience a pleasure rather than a chore. I actually got to deal with Victoria Ryan (Manchester Branch) who had done our previous car so I was over the moon with that as we knew how professional she is, and the whole process was done in a day. And now I can’t wait to collect our new Vauxhall Zafira up Great service once again what can I say but thanks Again.
