Absolute joke of a company, Absolute joke of a company,, they miss sold me warranty on a car basically it was meant to be covered and when I spoke to warranty people it wasn’t covered, so I put a complaint in and they agreed to take car back and end credit agreement also giving me my deposit back, today I checked my credit file almost a yr after having the car and they have been reporting to credit agents that I’ve missed payments and I’m in arrears,, none of this is true as they took car back and gave me my deposit for miss selling, no they think there crafty back reporting to credit agents and wrecking my credit file for last yr or so, watch what you buy from these also check u have warranty there a big scam of a company which I’m reporting to fca and Financial ombudsman, don’t reply trying to get out of it as I have all emails between us and all evidence to prove your in the wrong

Hello Stuart, We are sorry to hear of your concerns and would like to support you to rectify this. The error itself is with Equifax, as your agreement with us was ended with no debt owed. To rectify their mistake, our Compliance Director has contacted Equifax on your behalf to advise them that this agreement ended by mutual agreement with no debt owing to us, and asked them to amend the record accordingly. Equifax have already acknowledged receipt of that email, so your record should be corrected within the next couple of days, though we are reliant on Equifax now to actually make the change so the precise timing is out of our hands. In terms of the warranty sold, WMS is an independent 5 star warranty provider, but we apologise they were unable to assist you at the time. We do take umbrage with your commentary regarding a “scam” as we have done nothing to deserve such defamation. Our team have been in contact with you to discuss your concerns and we have supported you with all queries. Jack was excellent and advised me well , the car is nice however before I got it it failed a mot with oil leak , 2 days before I collected it is passed it’s mot , I don’t see how as the oil leak is still there and quite bad , I rely on my car for work as a nhs professional and could do with out taking it to garages for a quote then waiting for authorising to get it fixed

Just took delivery of my new car, Bradley made the whole transaction very easy for me and I didn’t even leave my home. He bent over backwards to get me the Wright deal and even had the car delivered. If you need a car and have been refused elsewhere call the car loan centre , you won’t be disappointed

Avoid this company not very helpful at all even tho there website says they are hit a financial problem an car in the garage already not even had it 12 months yet taken two payments from me with out permission an when phone them up were not helpful at all so would avoid them like the plague

If you do find complications however, WMS Warranty Group and our team aim to support our customers wherever possible to resolve these. In terms of payments, if you have set up a standing order, as most of our customers do for ease of repayments, this would mean payments would come out of your account automatically. After completing all the documents picking the car I was concerned as nothing was being explained to me no prices nothing I contacted them ask them to explain how much it was all costing etc to be told my car was sold pick another I said no thank u id had enough interestingly the car is still for sale on their site crooks liars and not to be trusted if I could give 0 stars i would

Just to clarify no interest payments or financial information was gone through in detail as you had not yet been through the full application nor secured a vehicle. Vehicles are only reserved once the deposit has been taken, and as you were yet to make the deposit the vehicle was then reserved by another customer. The vehicle you were interested in is now back for sale and your salesperson will be in touch shortly if you wish to proceed. We do take umbrage with the accusation in your review as we have done nothing to deserve such defamation.
