I was in the process of continuos declines trying to get approved for car finance My details were forwarded to car loan centre from another finance company and immediately I was made contact and from the very beginning I was allocated a dedicated sales advisor named Dylan His warmth and professionalism in his way of expressing and communication made me realise I was very important and from that instance my full trust was established my search for finance approval was about to be granted In full details of the procedure and what was required of me to begin and process of approval was always explained in detail and at no time was there misunderstanding or confusion The whole process from initial application to receiving approval was completed in under 12 hours where when instructed I was able to provide information and documents supporting the final stage at the underwriter Emails phone calls and SMS messages were regular and I always made to believe I was of great value and much importance This sales team and company have reviewed my application based on affordability and not credit score and as a result I have now the options of which car I want to purchase within my allowed budget Dylan has been respectful kind and considerate and has worked beyond his professional boundaries to ensure I got approval I will now be the proud owner of my chosen car I as little asa few days from following the next steps after approval It is with the highest regard I recommend car loan centre and will be sending Dylan a personal letter of appreciation and making his superiors aware of his outstanding work

I’ve been dealing with Dylan Singh since I started the journey of buying a new car. Dylan as been brilliant throughout the entire process, informative, helpful, honest, reliable, everything a car sales person should be, during the process i became ill, Dylan took the courtesy of not contacting me until i was better. Great company and amazing customer service. I spoke with sales advisor Dylan today, he was extremely helpful and very efficient with helping me get accepted for my new car. I needed a car urgently and Dylan went out of his way to make sure this was possible, he made the whole process extremely easy from start to finish.

I’m very happy with the car loan centre & would recommend them to anyone with a less than good credit score .. They don’t judge , then decline you like all the others do . Vicky was great & very helpful ! The only place where you are not judged by your credit score
