Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I applied online and was contacted by Elenor who completed the application over the phone with me. Elenor was amazing and ‘handheld’ me through the whole process ensuring I knew exactly where I was at. I couldn’t get to the branch to collect and they delivered for me again fast and efficient. Anyone I spoke to from the company were very eager to help. I have my vehicle which I absolutely love too. Very happy, I would highly recommend.

Just bought my car from The car loan centre. Eleanor at the Essex branch was amazing helping me find a car which ticked all the boxes. Manchester branch arranged to have it delivered for me as it wasn't going to be ready to day I had planned to collect. They made sure the car was perfect before handing it over. And i love my new car. Thank you. Have already recommended my friend. Customer service is outstanding

Great professionalism from them and excellent communication nothing too much trouble for the Salesman he was very helpful at the dealership. I felt at ease and no pressure to buy to car. Everybody at dealership was so welcoming and friendly... I asked loads of questions about the car and the finance deal and they were more than happy spending bit more time explaining everything to me so I knew everything about it all before deciding. Absolutely love the car I got from them and will defo be back there when I want to upgrade it.
