The worst company ever having to voluntary give up contract due to being laid off for COVID and they are not collecting there car and they still want me to pay insurance on it when it is sorn and off the road. The interest is very high and they prey on people with bad credit history and charge the value of the car in interest. So when you have actually paid the fianace off you have a old car of no value

I’ve only had my car for 3 months and the amount of problems the vehicle had, it’s been and out of the garage and I feel like I’ve been paying for the car to stay in the garage. My coolant box is leaking, the head gasket is damaged, the car is continuing to say oil pressure low stop engine even thought the oil leak and has been fixed and thermostats has been fixed but there seem to be an ongoing issue with the vehicle, I’m so sick and tired of taking it to garages. Even when I tell them there’s a problem. Keep telling to go to the garages, I’m tried of going to the garages. It’s like they’re taking your money so you can pay for the damage vehicle. I’m going to be taking legal actions against the company

Please be assured all vehicles undergo a 128 point check, an independent MOT to ensure they are fit for the road and come with a 5 star WMS warranty. As part of this warranty, vehicles are required by the warranty terms to be reviewed at a VAT registered garage for diagnostics before works are completed. Tried everywhere for finance over the last 6 months and due to poor credit rating was refused every time until we found the car loan centre, would just like to thank Bradley who helped us from start to finish.was always on the other end of the phone when needed. We paid the deposit and after the underwriter checks we was accepted and picked up our new car 2 days ago. I have an absolutely horrendous credit score, I never in a million years thought I’d ever get finance for a car but this company has given me the car ov my dreams! Bradley at the London branch was brilliant! He explained everything clearly and kept me updated every step of the way until I picked up my car last week. Also after sales have been really efficient, yesterday the car wouldn’t start, minor job ov having the alternator replaced, I was without the car for less than 24 hours! Now I have it back with new battery and alternator and the warranty has covered the payment to my local garage. At the beginning of the process I read a lot of online reviews and was abit concerned about some of the negative comments, I messaged Bradley about my concerns and phoned me straight away to discuss my worries and he totally put me at ease, but not in way of just telling me what I wanted to hear, by explaining how things do go wrong with cars, which is inevitable and explains how they work to sort out any issues. After having the slight issue with my car I am extremely impressed with the rapid service I received to get me back on the road. Thank you Bradley and Thank you to the Car Loan Centre!

Paid a securing deposit for car problem arose when a transfer was delayed they couldn't be bothered to wait for the next day for it to clear and sold the car. Been waiting for 3 weeks for a refund. No apology dreadful customer service and absolutely no desire to sort the problem been contacted twice to tell me about another car. But when asked what's going on with a refund get fold they will call the people up and they will call back THEY DONT.

This is my second time round with The Car Loan Centre, my first car was great had my fiat 500 for 3 years, and finally decided upgraded over the weekend. After being with this company for a while now I am confident that you will get the best service, no judgement which is very rare these days and the team are just fantastic, they are not only there to take your money, even if you are having difficulties with payments, as long as you keep them informed and updated they ARE all there to support you and not quick to take the car which is also very rare.. Bradley was my recent sales advisor, Bradley was AMAZING, and is a real credit to the company, felt like I’ve knew him for ages Lol.... but that is how comfortable you feel the minute you call/arrive. (He deserves a pay rise) Thank you Car Loan Centre and the amazing team. I really hope the company grows and more and more people become aware companies like this do exist

I applied for car credit with the car loan centre in December and was accepted within 3 days. My sales person was Karen from the Manchester branch. I was after a percific vehicle which honestly was taking a bit of time for car loan centre to source. Karen told me to check out a Jaguar XE Portfolio they had for sale. On checking the specs it matched up to the vehicle I had in mind. Karen was very helpful and made sure the sale was made smoothly. I didn't collect the car until February which was down to me and it was worth the wait and daily phone conversations with Karen. Thanks

The Car Loan Centre give bad customer service is bad I had a car which I went to pick up only to be told after driving 2 hours it had a paint blemish which were all lies after being fobbed off for a week the car came to me paint work not good electric windows not working and to top it off I drove it for a day and the engine light came on dont use these plz dangerous cars even though u may be lucky they dont check there cars properly
