I was in the market for a XF-RS when one popped on sale by Lowton motor. I jotted the price down & printed the page as part of my research (top tip!) and went away for a week business trip. I came back to find the price jumped by £4k. Disappointed I got in touch with both of Lowton's showrooms. The staff was fantastic, particularly "Star1" from Golborne showroom who went out of his way to help, ditto for "Star2" from Birchwood Showroom. Star2 in particular went the extra mile in appealing to the director to honor the previously advertised price. It's unfortunate then given their excellent sale staff, that it was management who lost their touch in the art of fine dealing, the finesse in judging that very last moment before a sale turns sour when they retracted on a proposal by their own sale team (in fairness the offer was proposed not finalised), however backtracking in this field (particularly with prestige cars) could truly tarnish a reputation beyond repair; it's a shame then that the bottom line is: YMMV! Great experience with very friendly staff. Very helpful and check the car over to make sure i was receiving a first class car. The break pads were advised by them that they needed changing and done while i waited. Great garage and would recommend

Absolutely superb car sales, friendly and helpful staff. Non pushy attitude which is rare these days in car sales. Was kept informed all the way through the buying process even up to the pass over which was done by Ian. Car was spotless and drives like a dream. Thank you to Paul and his team

Hi i went to look at a car from Lowton Motor Company, Ian was the salesman. The car was priced at 10,995 and there would be a care package added to the price when i asked about " care package " was told there was GAP cover, Additional Warranty, and Diamond brite ( which is just car polish ) THAT COST NEARLY £400.00. So i said i would think about it.......Please anybody who has bought a car from Lowton Motor Company Please check what EXTRA'S have been added to the finance or Price paid....

Purchased a 3 year old X5. Couldn’t fault the service! Polite, professional and helpful service by all staff dealt with. Smooth transaction and Greg went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. We didn’t notice until we drove home that the parcel shelf was missing but straight away, we were promised that it would be sorted with no problems 😀 will definitely be purchasing my next car with LMC (and I am really really picky 😜) also, comfort taken in the 15 month warranty provided 🤗 and we have no doubt that any problems will be sorted if necessary with no hassle 👍🏻
