The customer service down at Lowton Motor Company to tell the truth was mint, as good as it gets. I would use them again if it was the right time and they had the car in I was looking for and I would 100% recommend to friends and family. The fact they were so professional all the way through, got the job done in good time , in the time frame they said. This is the reason of my 5 star review.

I will 100% be coming back here as / when we upgrade this will be the first place I look. I am really enjoying being a little higher up on the road in the Range Rover. Lowton do exactly what they said they are going to do and they stand by it. Deffo deffo going back to them for certain. Just as extra the staffs level of customer care is really brilliant.

Steven- What a good guy he is, such a nice guy so friendly and so helpful, he did so much for me and it didn't go unseen I genuinely appreciate it so much. One member of staff picked me up from the station and took me down to the dealership. Steven and his team did a really good job, the Audi S5 is solid, from start to finish it was a really nice experience. It was pretty cool to be honest.

After choosing the car I wanted I came back down to Lowton to pick up my lovely, well presented, beautifully clean and tidy Jaguar F Pace. I received great customer service and all was really good and flowed well with nothing to report back, I don't have a bad word to say about these guys. The whole experience was very slick, with no messing around. There's not many car dealers that truly care about the customers satisfaction, yet these guys really do. they listen and take into consideration your needs and wants, this is why I will be rating these guys 10/10 without a doubt.
