Bought a wicked Mercedes from Lowton, driving nicely and really enjoying it. Speedy little thing but where would be the fun if it wasn't? My over all experience was sick, it couldn't of got better. Based on my experience and the process of it all I will be passing on my recommendation as I think everyone needs to have the Lowton experience. It doesn't get better than this. Helpful and friendly staff around the dealership, there to help as and when needed. 10/10 dealership. Get yourself to Lowton for a new whip!

I had muzzy dealing with me and he was hands down fantastic. I had a few small issues with the car but Muzzy got them all rectified in a timely manner. I am very happy with the way things were sorted and all is satisfactory now. I took the car for a quick spin and I really liked the power that the BMW X6 had behind it. I cant wait to take the kids out in it, they are going to love it! Muzzy kept me up to date with everything and was very responsive throughout the sale. 1 brilliant service and 1 happy customer!

I have taken the BMW for a quick spin when I've had the chance, and it runs like a dream. Lowton Motor Company were terribly good when I was buying the car, they were very professional and got everything in order for me. I was in and out within an hour so can't complain really. The cars they have are magnificent, I would be more than happy to use them again.

Other than me popping my tyre by going through a massive pothole, everything is absolutely perfect with the car! The actual sale was brilliant, my sales agent was a massive help and made everything really simple and easy. It all went through pretty quickly and seamlessly, so I would be more than happy to recommend them to others. There is nothing that could've made it easier for me.

Overall I am very happy with the Volvo XC60, its a brilliant car and I'm enjoying driving it, no issues at all. I'm getting used to it now, it runs smooth and drives like a dream. Brilliant customer service around the dealership at all times. A brilliant attitude to all customers. 👌

We're very content with the overall car buying experience, and customer service that we received from Zack at Lowton. It was our first time buying a second hand car and Zack did well to put us at ease by reassuring us, he was straight forward and honest with us from the onset. He handled everything well and the car was ready when he said it would be.

I am absolutely in love with my Tesla, the car is a true beauty, and the way it drives is just magnificent. Steve was the guy who I was dealing with, and he was fantastic. He really took care of me right from the start, and made the whole sale completely seamless. He worked tirelessly to get everything in order, I can't put into words how thankful I am of Steve or all the help, and would recommend anyone to visit.

I did have a small issue to begin with with the Mercedes, however, the aftersales staff were fantastic and got that sorted for me, no issues or complaints at all. Ever since that was sorted, the car has been amazing, it is absolutely beautiful I couldn't be happier. The service manager is fantastic and so was the young lad that I dealt with. I would be more than happy to recommend to others and will definitely be back myself.

The customer service I received was better than good, I was made to feel more than welcome while I was down at the dealership. Everything is great with my Nissan, really thrilled with the truck. I would highly recommend and I absolutely will be back in the future. 6/5 stars!

Perfectly good. My Mercedes is great, no issues at all. It was nice and tidy and prepped to a very good standard. No issues whatsoever. 5 stars!
