I found my 4 Series on Autotrader and made a long distance purchase with Lowton. We communicated via WhatsApp which was really convenient and they were very thorough in all information transferred. Dominic was amazing and did everything necessary. Even though I am far away from Lowton Motor Company if the right car became available I would definitely buy from them again.

We have paid Lowton a visit twice now, initially for my personal car and we were so impressed that a few months later we went back for my sons car. My son chose an A Class and he absolutely loves it! We both agree that we would be happy to come back to Lowton in the future for another car. Five stars across the board.

Overall I would have to say my Audi is doing very well, its an absolutely lovely car and I am proud to own it. The procedure of buying it was great and probably much as you would imagine it to be. I found the car online and arranged to view it in person. All communications were great and the team were very friendly in person too. The test drive went smoothly so I was confident to go a head with the purchase.

Let me start by saying I have no negative comments for Lowton Motor Company but I never give top marks so a solid four stars from me is very good indeed! I am pleased with my Audi and it has been ticking over nicely, customer service while buying the car was also very good. I would return to this dealership.

Excellent customer service and the car is just as described - its been on quite a few long distance trips, and hasn't put a foot wrong! When I was at the dealership I dealt with a lovely salesman, I viewed the car at my own leisure, and took it for a nice ride. When we decided we wanted the BMW everything was done, the car was ready and waiting for us. It was one of the easiest buys I have ever done👏.

I have had no problems with my Audi A3, it is exactly as advertised... immaculate! The staff at Lowton were everything you could ask for, pleasant and straight to the point. There was no pressure either I was able to view the car at my own leisure, and decide if it was right for me before going through with the sale. I can give Lowton no less than 5 stars for their great work, and will definitely be using them again!

I would more than happily recommend Lowton to my friends and family... I went down to the site to view a Merc they had, and as soon as I saw it, I knew that was the car I wanted there and then! I had no issues with the dealership or staff and I drove away one happy customer with my new E-class. I've not looked back since!

This is my second ever car purchase in my life, and I am 28! The car buying experience was amazing, better than I ever imagined it to be! I love my GLA so so much, it is a gorgeous car and is so nice to drive! The condition of the car is immaculate, it's basically brand new, there is no scuffs or marks or nothing! The team were a dream to deal with, they answered all of my questions and made me feel so welcome! Without a doubt I will definitely be recommending Lowton, they are a fantastic dealership, who really look after you!
