This is an absolute gem of a place. They have an excellent range of vehicles, the sales staff here are very down to earth and all so welcoming. I was greeted by the loveliest fella who made me feel very comfortable during the time I was down at The Car Lounge and we even had a little laugh along the way. Due to such great service that I experienced; I will be returning when I need a new car. Thank you for making my car buying journey from start to finish an enjoyable one, you're all amazing! I recently treated myself to a Jaguar XF from The Car Lounge and I must say I'm over the moon with this car, it is a lovely looking car and it drives like a dream. The salesman who assisted me explained everything clearly and honestly to me, and I appreciate all his patience, as he truly did not leave a stone unturned. I recently used this dealership to purchase my car and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service in which I received… As we all know a good dealer is hard to come by. I was given plenty of time to inspect the vehicle that I was interested in, with no pressure selling at all from the salesman. They had all the documents organised and ready in advance, so that when I was happy with the vehicle all that was left to do was sign and drive away. Overall it was a very straight forward process!

I've never owned a Mercedes before but I thought about getting one for a while and I found one in great condition online so I got intouch with this dealership and I arranged to come to see the car in person and to take it for a test drive. The sales team here are terrific and they cannot do enough to help you, they are all very knowledgeable and a down to earth bunch of people, I did not feel pressurised or rushed at anytime during the sales process but there was always someone available to answer any questions if I needed them to do so. I have recently recommended one of my friends to this dealership, I will continue to do so and if I hear of anyone else that is looking to buy a car. When I collected my car it was presented to me in pristine condition, it exceeded expectations from the advertisement photos on Autotrader. It had been valeted to a high standard, it looked brand new. I was made to feel very welcome down at The Car Lounge, the team were able to answer any questions I had confidently and honestly.
