They are extremely accommodating at Lowton Motor Company, they started off by making a great impression on me, going above and beyond to collect me from the train station and that made my journey that little bit more hassle free, not having to worry about taxi's etc in an unknown town. The team members I delt with were all polite, helpful, understanding and supportive, even when I needed somethings addressing on the car the service remained top quality. The car itself is absolutely beautiful, I know I definately made the right choice going for the 3 Series.

My Suzuki is absolutely fab and I love it! I first came across the car online and I knew it would be perfect! I am obsessed with how easy it is to get the pram in the boot! And its is running beautifully. I dealt with Steve throughout the sale and from start to finish the service was fab!

I am very pleased that I found Lowton Motor Company through an online advertisement because I had a very smooth car buying experience with them. The gentleman that I was dealing with was absolutely first class and he helped me a lot. Definately service worthy of five stars. I have had no problems with the T-Cross either its perfect.

No complaints, my Merc is spot on! The team were great to deal with, I was able to make a couple of trips to the dealership to view the car and test drive it etc. The team never tired of speaking to me and were always informative and polite! 👍

Steve at Lowton is absolutely amazing and I have highly recommended him and Lowton to my friends. Everything he did for us was amazing, he was so knowledgeable about the car and even the insurance so we were able to make a decision with lots of readily available information. My XF is absolutely smashing and I am very happy with it! It is in excellent condition, especially for its age. There was a little bit of a delay in getting it delivered but I understood this is because they were carrying out some paintwork to the car and like I say it does look in immaculate condition so I can't complain!

My Tesla is running beautifully, its the first Tesla I have owned and its safe to say its a bit different than anything else I have owned but it is very fast (and a great way of scaring your mother in law 😂) We went for our first longer trip in it and the range is great, I was also surprised at how many charge points there are out and about these days. I have also had a charge point installed at home so I am fully set up and now that I have made the change to Tesla I wont be going back, they are definately the way forward. Joe at Lowton has been a pleasure to deal with throughout!

I have always had BMW's so I have adapted quite nicely to my 4 Series, its a cracking car and I have been enjoying it very much!

I would use Lowton again, they have shown willing when I have needed assistance with my Mercedes after the sale. The only think that would have slightly improved this would have been the speed/rate of contact with them but I can appreciate they are very busy.
