Faultless experience throught the buying process . That itself is nothing special but the car developed a minor fault & the guys at Car Mill couldn't be more accommodating in getting the issue sorted Would recommend.

Bought a Ford Focus from The Car Mill back in 2013 We are still using it now and other than the usual maintenance we haven’t had to spend a penny on it. Which speaks for itself. We are looking to buy again and will be going back here.

19/12/20 picked up my new motor today Glynn Nicolson delt with everything from start to finish including changing colour change to alloys very professional and friendly excellent handover of the car and I have to say it's the best garage I've ever dealt with and would definitely recommend

I purchased a Renault Captur from the car mill last week everything advertised about the vehicle was spot on, i had a good test drive of the car with a really helpful member of staff and received a fair price for my part ex. There was no pushy sales and i had as much time as needed to look around the vehicle on my own. Many thanks to Glynn who made the whole process easy all dvla paperwork was taken care of and i have just received my v5 and road tax refund cheque...,,! great service thank you.

I wrote a bad review about the salesman didn't go down well now he is causing issues not acceptable
I purchased a BMW today from The Car Mill which was as described and better. Purchasing a car from a garage can be daunting but my experience today was totally the opposite. Glynn was a warm/caring gentleman who was attentive throughout the process. Blackburn is lucky to have such an honest and caring garage on its’ doorstep. I travelled for over 2 hours to purchase my vehicle and it was well worth it. Good luck to Glynn and his colleagues.
